Yeah. They do. Even in private mode

In summary:
Sprint upper mgnt knows the $10 discount billing issue and promises they will look at it and correct it soon. (The one who gets the $50 credits now may benefit by additional $50 from this when they backscript their system if they apply $50 credits again)

But no favorable result for the $300 rebate yet.

I believe downgrading from u+ to basics makes no difference on your rebate status since basics plan also is an eligible plan.
But changing your phone/line/account after they are active on sprint will. Because new changes were entered in sprint system after 4/9/20. Sprint will response negatively to everything that is entered in their system post 4/9/20. Such as invalid rebate status or no $10 discount per line. Just my insight(can't confirm it)

Edit:
Strongly recommend not to change anything to your account. Because if your rebate is denied and you ask why, the sprint rep will just use b/c you change blah-blah as an excuse for your rebate denial.
just curious if you know someone at sprint? your source?

Customer Advocate csr I talked to really couldn't do anything and was willing to help after 30 days if rebate is rejected and/or bill still isn't correct.

I just hope his group is still there after 30 days or at least until this bill & rebate issue is resolved!

If we don't get definitive answers withing the 30 day return period regarding the Rebates for porting the numbers after the April 9, another option as a last resort might be credit card disputes and charge-backs.

The screen captures we have clearly say the Purchase Date needs to be by April 9 and we all made the move to Sprint with the assumption that we will be getting the rebates. We are not getting the product and service they promised so I don't think credit card companies would deny the disputes. Actually the fear of mass credit card disputes might make them act and change the guidelines to the rebate processor before it gets to that point.

I don't think the 2nd knows that much either because he said credits sometimes takes a while, but my other accounts immediately had the credits applied. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt until I receive my 2nd bill.
My experience with Sprint credits is they usually reflect immediately—or at most within 24-hours—otherwise they do not show up ever.

My hard-learned guidance would be to follow up within a few days, if you don't see in your account, not wait a month, because then they'll say wait another month, all the while prolonging your service and required payments to Sprint.

I already got the credits from my first call after talking to the supervisor. The credits were slightly wrong, so my bill is now slightly less.

The supervisor and Customer Advocay CSR both said my accounts look like the other one, but have no clue why there's no discount.

Both also said I should be receiving the rebates and to call them back if there are issues.

Here's what it says on my order confirmation (see attachment). The way I read it, it's 10 days from the day you receive the SIM that you ordered from Sprint.

I also ordered a Pixel 3 XL and did not receive this 10 day email. But I recall reading somewhere that Pixel 3 XL order has 30 days to be activated(I might be wrong).
