Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Link for quick reference

For high end models, 24 months installment is required. It looks good for iPhone7 and iPhone 8 or any phone without installment plan. Pay with full price, after 50 days unlock and keep the service for two/three months and get %500 Costco card. Good deal.

Thanks, yes 7, 7 plus, 8 plus or IPhone X. Question is would it void the rebate?

IMO, Upgrade won't affect the rebate as long as that line is active. Experts can chime in. But if you are willing to move away from Spring after GC, consider the time line for Costco card arrival.

does sprint charge the BS $2.50 admin fee and $0.99 regulatory fee per line in other states too?

in NY sprint's "surcharges" make up 20.52% of the bill, while actual taxes add another 6.16%.

Yes, I'm in KS and Sprint charges the $2.50 admin fee and other fees too. For me, total Sprint taxes & fees are about 17% of the base price ($5.87 for a $35 Kickstart Plan). AT&T taxes & fees are outrageous ($33.31 for $120 4-line plan, or 28%) for the same location.

For the walgreens offer, do you need separate walgreens accounts? or can you use the same one for different sprint phone numbers?

You have to use one Walgreens account for both qualified sprint numbers

I feel it's worth stretching one more month to get iphone (7/7+/8/8+/x) free and if you choose older version of iphone like 7/8, you will make extra money which can help cover additional one month cost.

Yes this is what I was thinking, or if you sell the iPhone 8 or 7, you can make some of that money back and at least have a free 300 Costco card.

Hi, is this applicable to upgrade? Will it impact the $300 MC rebate?

As far as I know, it wouldn't have any impact at all

Well crap … WG will not allow purchase of a gc and the use of a WG gc for payment.

I cannot think of a single item from WG that I cannot get much cheaper elsewhere.

Suggestions? Meanwhile, I will see what sort of resale value this card has.
