Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.

You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.

Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Sprint is making one after another issues on my billing, showing last bill 230+, i am on $100 5 lines. Talked to three different representative, all of them assured me that issue will be resolved and they will call me back but still waiting for resolution and phone call.
I saw few post where Marci is helping to resolve billing related issues, is she still helping? Or kindly suggest best way to get this resolved. Already spent 4+ hours on phone with different representatives.

Just checked the rebate status and it says "your rebate has been entered and is scheduled for final processing." And then it reads:

"Invalid Reasons: Your registration has hit a speedbump, please call us at 844-450-7865, Mon-Sat 8am-9pm Central. Missing Is Delinquent"

Anyone else has this? What to do with it? Call them?

Nice. About 7X the speed here.

Not sure but maybe Marci's office has retired due to T-Mobile merger, that is why you got call from regular customer service.

Can everyone who emailed Marci say whether they actually received a response from Marci's team or was it just forwarded to regular customer service now? This is very important for those still planning on emailing Marci because it seems they may no longer be helpful.

Marci does not have a team-my email was also received/responded to by regular customer service. Since all the phone reps that I spoke to were incompetent, I ended up resolving my billing issue via chat.

Yes, it's Sprint Pixel 3xl for $300. I had called them for unlock on Saturday and was told that the phone is already unlocked. I had checked ting and xfinity mobile website after my call. Those said my device is compatible with their service. But OEM was grayed out at that time. Yesterday received phone notification and OEM also got enabled.
Hmm interesting. I just popped a different SIM into mine to test (Mint Mobile) and it worked. The Ting checker also says I am compatible. However, I never got an unlock notification on my phone and the OEM Unlock (Bootloader) is still greyed out on mine. I have no need to unlock the bootloader personally but it's a little annoying that my phone isn't totally unlocked even though I can switch it to another carrier already.
