Chatted with customer service to request iphone X unlocked, told to call, called and the phone was unlocked over the phone for about 10 minutes. I inserted Xfinity sim and it didn't reject , I think it should be unlocked? While on the call, I was offered $75 for unlimited basic ( I am paying $100, plus $25 or so tax /fees. Anyone know if I could save $25 to downgrade to unlimited basic? Or I missed something? Thanks.
Was your BYOD locked to Sprint when you brought it over?

Have you called them about activating the prepaid card yet? If yes, what did they say?
i figured out how to fix it this morning. There are 2 options on the home page, Create Profile and Activate Card. I chose the Activate Card option. After entering the prepaid card details, it was asking me to click on the login button. But that will not work. You need to select the Create Profile option and enter your card details there, along with a bunch of personal information. After the profile gets created, it shows the balance of $50.

In summary, use the Create Profile instead of Activate Card if you are activating for the first time, though the card sticker says to do the latter.

Thanks for the info. I wonder if we need to create one profile for each card.

I didn't have to create any profile. I have activated two $200 cards in the past 7 months.

No. It's only the first time you need to create a profile. If you have multiple cards, you can select "Activate card", enter the card details and click login.

From their website...

Why should I create a profile?

To gain full access to all the features of My Prepaid Center, such as:
Creating and managing your personal profile information
Opting in and managing your balance and transaction alerts
Adding multiple cards to your account, if applicable

Has anyone seen anything on we read-it etc. about TMO honoring initial dated promo plan pricing (i.e. $100 for 5 until 4/30/21) for a full 3 years? I've searched all over, and am confident they will honor the $10 BYOD discount per line, and even whatever Kickstart price you are paying. Even Premium for price of Plus with Sprint Works. But none of those have stated end dates, and specific after 4/30/21 future pricing stated.

TMO has been historically the best at honoring (and not trying to kick off) those with grandfathered plans. But their statement about honoring prices for current customers for 3 years also includes the same for current TMO customers. . .that should raise eyebrows for long time TMO'ers

I don't expect to see that change until mid-June. This deal started on 3/13 and Sprint said the line has to be in service for at least 90 days.

That is the reason why I am asking because it seems I am the only one with a Invalid Rebate on both websites.

Nobody has seen a Successful Rebate because nobody has met the 90 days of service yet. But quite a few have seen Invalid Rebate because that can be due to a variety of reasons. What reasons for failing do you see on each site?

Not on SprintPromo site, but on rebateshq a couple of weeks ago when a lot of missing XYZ items went away...only shows missing is delinquent (for no credit check acct). This is not unique to me....this change was supposedly for everyone...

Contact the rebate team immediately for escalation ticket.....someone said he already got the $300 rebate after escalation ticket since his rebate showed invalid on the official sprint site
