Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

If I have to extend service a few weeks, will Sprint charge for a full billing period, or just the actual dates in service?

Ppl bypass the 45 days rule with POPI under Player 2. Btw, I tend to believe the $300 rebate only requires new line(not new account). While the amazon $100 clearly requires new account and new line in offer term, this $300 rebate only requires port in from other carriers and BYOP/buy phone outright.

Yes. For $300, it requires only new line and several of us having CS's chat script for evidence.
