Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

None of my Tributes automatically unlocked. I had to go on chat and after wasting a bunch of time, 3 of them got unlocked, the other two... she told me there is a loan or contract on it. LOL. So then I asked her to escalate, and her response was she will. After waiting about 20 minutes, I asked 'Are you still there', she responded 'Yes'. After another 20 minutes, I asked 'Are you waiting for another department to unlock what is going on' to which she replied she sent it by email...
Anyway, still locked...and I'll probably have to go back to chat again when I'm bored if I really want these 2 unlocked.
* Sprint automatically unlocks it on their end after 51 (?) days.
* On your phone, go into System Updates. Initially the UICC Unlock info will say "This phone is locked to a Sprint SIM only".
* Touch the UICC Unlock and it will try to unlock the phone. If it's successful, the phone will reboot, and the UICC Unlock will now say "The device is unlocked for any SIM card".
If it's unsuccessful, and your phone had been in service for more than 51 days, Chat with a Sprint rep and the rep will pass you on to a tech that will do the unlock on their end.
