Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Also I was referred by someone here and I did not get any referral bonus of 50$ too. How can I check the status?

If you remember whose link you used, contact that person and ask him/her to check the status of your referral.

Has anyone succeeded in getting the $80 per line? Thanks.

I tried chat - they told me to call.
I tried the web page you just received and was told "wait 30 days." I kept pointing out that my wife had already been active 60 days but a seemingly automated system kept responding "wait 30 days."
Yesterday I caved in and called 611 from my phone. The CS rep was able to see the "unsuccessful" label but said that the reason codes that need to be set by the promotions department were left blank. He put me on hold and called the promotions department himself. They asked for 3 business days to review as they too were puzzled that my status was "unsuccessful" with no explanation codes.
I am schedule to get a call back on Monday with a decision. I'm hoping they give my wife and I the debit cards. If not, I will try to make sense of exactly WHY I was unsuccessful. Upon a deeper reading of T&C I should have waited another day to try to become a referrer. Also, my wife clicked her e-mail claim link before her SIM fully activated. So, in my greed I tried to hurry and potentially screwed myself by being early in applying to be a referrer (my first day as customer). I also assumed SIM that is ordered via a port-in number would ship to me activated like it was with ATT Prepaid and Visible. I should have gone to Best Buy to have SIM in hand when porting her number - then I would know it was activated same day I entered porting info.
Will update again on Monday - good luck - you can call CS for them to read the codes but 611 does not give access to promotions department - there is another 844 number floating around this thread that may give more direct access. I have ZERO confidence in chat nor in the referral inquiry web page that converts to an e-mail.
