Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I'm sure I missed something since I'm new to the GC rebate game, but why buy Visa GC if you already have a Mastercard GC to pay for bills?
According to YamahaRick, you can buy Money Orders at Walmart using VISA GCs but not Mastercard GCs. You then deposit the M.O. to your bank account.

Alright! Using $173.52 of value from 4 x $50 referral cards at Staples earned me 5% back - $8.68. So that covered the $6.95 I was charged for the $200 Visa gc I bought last week. Only problem is the $8.68 is spread out over four cards - I think the limit at Staples is five cards in one transaction. But free $$ is always good, regardless of the challenges of getting it. :-)

Use it at local grocery store hopefully it will drain automatically or recharge your Amazon GC balance...

I get 6% cb at grocery stores with my Amex Preferred card, and 5% cb for utilities, cell phone, Internet, fast food with my US Bank Cash+ cards. So I don't want to use the GCs for those expenses.

Yeah, Amzn gc is probably the best route.

Why not use the Bluebird card that you suggested? It's more versatile than Amazon GCs.

Thanks.

Can I ask again when you activated? I already called twice and debating if I should call again because I activated on April 10th or if I should wait a little longer

I'm always buying something at Amzn, so $8.68 is not that much of a big deal.

Has anyone used a $300 MC gc for adding funds towards BB? If that is possible, without fees, that would be a way to xfer funds from the $300 Sprint cards to your checking account.

He only have small balance (max $2.5 (5% of $50) per card) left on the cards

Did you see "ineligible sales location" on your rebates already?

I activated 3 lines before 4/9 but all are having speed-bump message. I thought of call them today but your post made me little worry.

I opened my BB account last week, am waiting for the physical card to arrive. When it gets here, I'll load my multiple $50 GCs to it. According to what I've read, there's no fees to load from debit cards. If it works for the $50 cards, I don't see why it wouldn't work with the $300 GCs.
I think you recommended not to withdraw cash from BB because they'd shut down your account. I also read that in some other forums, although their web site said you can withdraw cash from their ATMs for no fees.

My speedbump is different because I activated after 4/9. I am just trying to figure out if its a waste of time to call a 3rd time now and instead give it more time since I activated so late.
