Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Yes, I got speedbump and missing is delinquent for all my rebates. I never call sprint.
I think you should call. There is no harm. Better to get it sorted sooner rather than later.

I called the number upon seeing speedbump.

The agent from Sprint said that the unlimited KS plan did not qualify and when I told her it did, she said she will escalate. Put me on hold for 10 mins and came back and said physical card will be delivered within 13 to 15 weeks from date of activation.

Did everyone got same message about Kickstart (KS) plan ?
Any other experiences?

I have no credit check KS on two lines - one in my name, the other in my wife's name. I have speedbump messages on both but did not call because consensus opinion was the message can be ignored. I'll call if it will save me from paying a fourth month service since I'm likely screwed out of $100 in referral rewards.

did you have the $25 or $35 KS plan? No one has reported it yet. did you pay for your third month already or your third bill is generated?...check actively on rebateshq to see if you see "valid and up to 30 days" for the next few days if what the rep told you is correct that they seemed to approval your rebates manually.. never mind I misread the 13-15 wks as 13-15 business days....hopefully you will get it earlier if they escalated your rebate

Since I don't have any invalid message on my rebates the typical answer from them would likely be "13-15 wks" lol

We don't really know what the speedbump message means...Sprint rep manually removed it and then it disappeared...so there is something there...let's see what Mr Pham reports after 6/13. He is one of the first ones in the queue. See if it disappears on its own or not. The rep said 13-15 weeks from the day of activation. It seems most people will end up paying for 4 months of service.

Here's my situation, and why I decided not to call (yet):
* Acct #1: credit check, line 1 activated on 3/13, line 3 activated on 3/27. Sprint put them on the same bill after some partial billing. Billing period is from the 14th to the 13th of the following month. Autopaid on 4/6, 5/6, 6/6. The 4th billing period will start on 6/14, autopaid on 7/6.
* Acct #2: no cc, line #2 activated on 3/23. Bill period is from the 24th to the 23rd of the following month. Autopaid on 4/16, 5/16, and will be on 6/16.
* Line 1 has speedbump message and nothing else.
* Lines 2 and 3 have speedbump message and Missing Is Delinquent.

Since my lines were activated not at the same time, I want to wait and see how things will play out. If I call, it's unlikely that the rep will resolve and expedite all 3 lines to the finish. That means I'll have to call again some time later.

I think the speedbump message will be automatically resolved or ignored, because EVERY rebate claim has it (unless a rep manually removed it). It wouldn't make sense that everyone will need to call in to get it removed.
The Missing Is Delinquent is a mystery. It's not related to paying the bill because each account had paid the bill several times already. It's not related to credit-check or not, because my lines 1 and 3 are in the same credit-check account, but line 1 is clear and line 3 has the Delinquent message.
Sprint works in a mysterious way.

BTW, because it takes 90 days to meet the service requirement, and at least a few days to get the rebate approved, I think most people will be into the 4th service period when the approval is made. Once you're into the 4th service period, I don't see how you can avoid paying the 4th bill even though the bill isn't generated immediately at the start of a service period. If you cancel after the service period has started but before the bill is available/due, I think Sprint will still charge your card for it.

In theory every rebate should have the missing is delinquent (it refers to whether account is in good standing or not) during the 90 days qualification period....ppl that got it removed early probably due to system glitch or the rep who processed the initial review misunderstood its meaning and checked it as satisfied so currently the speed bump is to keep ppl on hold until the 90 days verification period...(my speculation)

lets see if YamahaRick gets rest of his lines approved since 2 of his lines have speed bump and missing is delinquent removed...but is not validated yet

when signing up the deal through CB site at that time, some ppl recommend Be=fruga l and said it hold money only 30 days, faster than TCB 60 or 90 days.

but I saw my bef ugal account verified $80 cashback purchase for a long time, still not available to be payable.

can anyone's $80 CB ok to withdrawal? Thanks

I called today and the rep processed my rebate and said it is approved and told me rebate card will be sent before June 24th. I will believe it when I see the status change in the website. My status is speed bumb and missing is delinquent, paid my 3rd bill couple of days back.

Interesting. According to NumberBarn FAQ, NB does not cancel service on your behalf. For those who have used their service, is this true or no?

"When should I cancel my existing service?
Your service must remain active with your current provider throughout the number porting process. You will be notified by NumberBarn once your number has successfully transferred and you will be able to cancel your service with your current provider at that time. NumberBarn does not cancel your service on your behalf."

I hope Sprint is like the rest of the world and closes an account upon successful port out. I think this is saying that if Sprint does not automatically close the account that is your problem to solve - not Number Barn's.

To get more deal out of this deal, I think I'll generate 5 Jersey Mike's accounts and 5 Jimmy John's accounts to get 10 free sandwiches. That's about $70 in value.

Once you port out all the lines, the acct will remain open for 45 days. There won't be any charges if u already paid your bill. The online acces to your acct (which will be closed after 45 days) will still be there beyond 45 days.
