Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

The rebate was submitted in last week of Jan and rebate received mid-March just before I did this promo. Prior to this, I didn't know they were using RHQ for these Sprint rebates.
The status from Jan 2020 shows the speedbump message. No missing stuff since it is a CC acct.
It shows "Your rebate has been entered and is scheduled for final processing."
So speedbump message is there, and status detail doesn't even say "Your rebate is valid. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your rebate"
So take it for what it is. There doesn't seem to be any consistency.
