The easiest method to complete your number port is to DIY on the website.
- Get your order number and passcode (from your order confirmation when you placed your order)
- Activate your SIM cards at this link [sprint.com] using your confirmation number and zip
- Your SIMs are activated but they won't work because your old carrier still has the number
- To get account number, look on the packing slip if you got the sims through Sprint. Or, open a conversation with online chat support. May wait up to 30 mins.
- Ask them for your account number so you can setup your online account. You may be asked for your confirmation number and passcode.
- Setup your online account.
- In your dashboard, you may get an alert stating that your number transfer failed and to click on the link to resolve. Use that link. If you don't have an alert, you can manually find the link under the transfer option.
- The transfer page lists all your activated SIMs and their number transfers. They should all be failed. If you don't see a number, then you haven't activated that SIM or you need to wait a bit longer for Sprints system to refresh.
- Open each transfer and enter the correct verification information for your old carrier. The form fields may already have values prepopulated, I recommend deleting old values and entering in the correct values. Important form fields are account number, pin, and zip.
- Wait 5 minutes, reopen or refresh the transfer page and each number should say "Ready for Transfer". If it tells you to call the Sprint support line, you need to wait longer for Sprint's system to update. Just wait another 5 mins and refresh. If it says failed, then you entered some incorrect information and you need to get the correct information from your old carrier. For example, some carriers expect you to put in leading 0's (i.e. 00012345) for account numbers.
- Whenever you want Sprint to start porting, click on each number on the transfer page and tell Sprint to port. There are 2 confirmations. The ports will take around 10 mins.
- Wait 10 mins and your phones should work. If not just wait longer for the port or you have a different issue.
- Once your numbers have been ported, you can register for the promotion.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

If not, then it is a guess. And I'm not the only one here that think you guess at stuff too much. The problem is sometimes you present it like it is a fact and when it is wrong, people are confused.
They fail even if it is a one time payment because the retailer is classified as having monthly payments and some card vendors just block them all.
How do I know? Because unlike you, I have actually tried. Tried to make a one time payment at ebay (seller fees) and Optimum with a TCB card and some other places... DENIED....due to recurring payment.
I go by the terms of this prepaid gift card and I already posted the links to you, these cards are meant to be used where the MasterCard is accepted by the card issuer, sometimes even your legit credit card from popular card issuers will be denied by some merchants due to many reasons...eg, chase visa credit card was rejected buying a phone from Visible... some ppl played around by using PayPal, or called the card issuer to clear out and transaction was successful the second/3rd/4th time while someone's transaction went through smoothly the first time.
I thought the phrases/words "I believe" "I think" "probably" "maybe" etc already signal that those were my opinions/guesses.....I never intend to confuse ppl, I shared them based on my experiences. I believe people were concerned/confused by the series of actions of Sprint, that didn't provide clear instructions/explanations, not me. They asked why, and I tried to provide a possible cause. The confusion already existed before me saying anything.

I would use the name on the card as the cardholder's name...
So 10 days to clear a "pending" charge that was immediately rejected by T-Mobile.

Are you sure sprint rebate team is same for this $300 promotion and the referral accounts?
My issue is that i had a sprint acct like 1 year ago.. when i opened new acct i was sent same referral link with new acct.. the reason of rejections is that they are using old phone no and saying its not sprint no.. so i have to ask them to update my sprint new referral acct with current new number,
