1 of my accounts has the following on all 5 lines:
"Your rebate has been entered and is scheduled for final processing.
Invalid Reasons: Your registration has hit a speedbump, please call us at 844-450-7865, Mon-Sat 8am-9pm Central."

3 accounts have a mix of the following on all lines:
"Your rebate has been entered and is scheduled for final processing.
Invalid Reasons: Your registration has hit a speedbump, please call us at 844-450-7865, Mon-Sat 8am-9pm Central."
&

Missing Is Delinquent"

2 accounts opened before 9th but activated on 11th so have the following:
"Your registration has hit a speedbump, please call us at 844-450-7865, Mon-Sat 8am-9pm Central.
Missing Is Delinquent
Your registration was denied because the phone number you registered was not activated during the offer period."

Not worried about the last 2 since it was addressed and noted by Marci's team and I'm just waiting for "Denied" on sprint site before calling.

I don't plan to but should I call about the other accounts with "speedbump" or "missing is delinquent" messages?

Everyone (who hasn't called) has the speedbump message. A majority has the Delinquent message. Calling Sprint before your lines have been in service for 90 days only gets those messages removed, and told to wait 13-15 weeks from activation for the final decision. Doesn't seem to have a positive effect on the outcome.

The current DPs tells that the speedbump message will LIKELY have an unfavorable automatic result on rebates.......that everyone must call to get approved for rebates

That's correct. Calling before the 90 day mark is a hit or miss. I called before the 90 day mark and was told that everything is looking good and just have to wait for the eligibility period to pass. But others have had success in getting the rebate processed / expedited. It doesn't hurt to try before the 90 day period, but would caution against over-doing it Wink

Do you guys think that paying the 3rd month's bill in advance will do anything positive for the rebates?

OK, here is my update for the day: my account is five lines, activated 29 March.

I've received two of three $300 rebates cards. The one missing from Saturday's delivery did not show up today, so I will report it missing (will wait till tomorrow) and ask for a new one. Sprint mailed it out; USPS lost it.

One line is marked invalid. Called on it last Friday, and again today. In today's call, they acknowledged my call on Friday, and assured that I will receive a card 13-15 weeks from submission date of 29 March. That would be 28 June; my current (third) billing period ends 27 June. BF says they will payout on 26 June. I'll probably be required to pay a fourth billing period, and that is OK with me.

My fifth line is still pending with Sprint. According to today's call, they cannot do anything with this until it goes into invalid state. I believe that is in 90 days from submission date, which for me is this Friday.

Conclusion: not good, but not as bad as it could be. I'm already ahead $1K (even with OOP expenses), and with a little time and patience, that will more than double.

Did you have to call for the first two rebate cards?

Yes; call was for all five, but only three were affected (in a positive way) by it.

I am thinking these lines were expedited, hence me getting them sooner than expected. I think the standard is waiting minimum 90 days after submission.

I suggest keeping a close eye on all submissions. When I called the 844 number today, there was no wait. I suspect they will be fielding a lot more calls in the coming weeks.

This is exactly what I had mentioned after my call with the promo dept.

If my rebates don't hit the invalid sales location crap, then it will be 100% clear that if you get the speedbump and any missing stuff removed prior to the 90 day milestone, it would be more of a clear sailing from that point onwards.

Stay tune. 2 more days and we will know the answer.

They can fix it easily but choose the other route in hope of some ppl not calling, therefore they don't have to issue cards to them, even though these rebate registrations do qualify for the rebates.

I believe you are good for now since you called early to clear the road barriers before the decision date.

Never thought the speedbump message will actually count one as the invalid line item…and will result in "ineligible sales location"

Yep, I'm interested in seeing how your case turns out, so I'll know the best way to handle my remaining two lines.

If only Sprint would use an error reason that makes more sense.
