Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Has anyone that only had the speed bump message (no other error, invalid, etc.) gotten approved automatically? If not then, they really had no intention of paying anybody.

I haven't seen a post from anyone here getting approved without intervention. My line 1 had only the speedbump message and nothing else was denied on the 90th day from submission. I've been fighting with sprint promo since last Sat with no positive outcome yet.

Interesting, I was confident the speed bump message was only waiting for the 90 days to complete. Someone had posted way up thread that they had received rebates after having only speed bump on a previous promo offer.

Just got off the phone with a rep at 844-450-7865 about the "Your registration was denied because the phone number you registered was not activated during the offer period." message.

I've been working to get this removed for weeks now. He said that he will update my file and that I should receive the $300 prepaid cards by 07/24.

There is no way that I'm waiting that long to receive the cards because that would be 116 days active on Sprint. If, I don't see the successful status on day 90, I'll be calling, chatting, and emailing everyday until someone does something.

Here are some screenshots. I don't think the speedbump causes the denial. Sprint just automatically denies every claim, even the ones that people had called in to have the speedbump error removed.

Called on 6/14 due to invalid location on day 91.

On 6/15, received email regarding case being escalated with a case number.

On 6/17, invalid status on Sprint's site changed to
Status : Pending
Your registration is valid and is scheduled for final processing. Your card will be delivered within the next 10 business days.

Hope this helps.

The way I read that promo, you have to keep ALL of your current lines as is, and you can add ONE new line free (paying taxes & fees).

I'm not interested in the new deal because: 1) I don't want to give Sprint any more of my money. 2) I don't need another phone line.
I've got something like 35 phone lines right now lmao

Nope, the person said he/she had "Missing Channel" but still got the $200 rebate.

At 90th day, call in to get rebates manually approved(status will update in the next 2-3 days, then when it is shipped out, on rebateshq it would be "valid and up to 30 days" so basically you would have to pay for 4th month, but not 5th month if things go smoothly that they manually approve your rebates on 90th day. The earlier you get the "ineligible sales location" the earlier you can call for manual approval.

I haven't filed a complaint yet. I went through the claim process to see what kind of documents/attachments they allow. I've collected enough screenshots, chat transcripts, email to back my case.

Do you find that the rep that returns your call from the "Marci" has no clue at all about the issue and makes you repeat all the details that you've already included in the email along with screenshots, etc?

Each time that I've sent an email, the rep that returns my call is from regular customer service and has absolutely no clue what they are doing. After multiple times being put on hold he/she gives some excuse to get me off the phone.
No. She was aware my about my issue without any explanation from my side and she started with the statement like "Your new lines are approved for $300 but please keep autopay active for 3rd bill. You will get the card after verification period which is 90 days from the activation". She also conveyed that I will confirm at backend and return call tomorrow. As said, she called on next day and said approved in backend. You will get 1 VC and 1 physical card on mid of July.
