Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Like many here have said, on 91st day all lines but 1 turned invalid on Sprint hub and RHQ shows Invalid "sales location". Called Promo Dept again. They said not to worry an internal resubmission has been placed on my behalf and will be receiving my cards 07/04 and 07/08 and to ignore Sprint hub site since status may not change. Cannot change cards to virtual until those days 🤔. Doesn't make sense, I can't make changes to receive Virtual cards until those days when those are the dates cards should have been delivered and received.
Making progress here. 12+ hrs later updated both on RHQ and Hub from Invalid to Pending again. On Sprint Hub to

There are many people who got 400 added after they filed missing claim with tcb.. But that was 1-2months ago.. Did you file claim during that time or you filed late this month?

Even for many of us it was later reduced to 80 from 400.. But after some days it again got fixed and changed back to 400.

I believe I filed in March 29th

I am still not at 90 days with Sprint but BF reversed my cb a few weeks ago and its been in pending investigation status since, they said it could take up to another 90 days - in response to my inquiry "In general, we advise that inquiries can take around 60-90 days to resolve. This is just a guideline, however. Some stores may respond quicker while others may take additional time."

Again, I am more concerned about the $300 gift cards, provided I get that, I am not going to risk another month of paying Sprint in order to gamble on cb "pending investigation".
thanks for the details. also, where does it say we're obligated to continue service until BF finishes "investigation" and pays out? our deal with them was to open new lines. if we can establish that happened, they owe us that money.

Adding some data, as with everyone else my lines became invalid (sales location) this morning on day 91, good news is my BF cashback has just posted as payable on 5X$80. I may give this about 48 hours to see if the error auto-corrects with RHQ and/or Sprint site. I know the general advise is to call, however up thread some-one had just waited and their status moved to valid.

So once we get the message "Your registration is valid and is scheduled for final processing. Your card will be delivered within the next 10 business days." we can immediately port out once it is past 90 days right

technically yes, but I wouldnt do/risk it. Don't give Sprint a reason to deny it.

If something goes wrong before you actually receive the card, and you already ported out the line, don't count on getting help resolving it. I don't count any egg until it's actually cooked. Big Grin

Just received a bunch of congratulatory emails from Sprint to thank me for participating in the promotion.

Sprint tracker website went from in progress -> FULFILLED
please allow 5 business days to receive your card.

I opted for physical card. Seems easier to be able to liquidate into cash

I can't remember where I read the info, but I've seen statements at one of the cb sites to the effect that if you cancel the order, or return the item, or cancel the service before the cb is shown as Payable then you won't receive that cb. With a purchase of a physical item, the merchants usually set the estimated payable date beyond the date when the item can be returned, so they can be sure that you won't receive the cb then return the item. With a service agreement, it looks like the estimated payable date is 90 days or 13-14 weeks from order date because the merchant wants you to maintain service for that minimum amount of time. Just my observation. If I find where the info is stated, I'll post it.

An example is my transaction with Visible Wireless on TCB. The order was placed back in Feb and Confirmed, with an Estimated Payable Date of 14 weeks (3 months + 1 week) which since long past. The line was ported out after one month of service. Although the cb is not outright Denied, I doubt that I'll ever receive that cb.

I understand that your case is a bit different because it involves an investigation of a denied claim.
