Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.

You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.

Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Did you have to call or they auto-adjusted the claim?

That must be on Sprint Promo Hub because RHQ doesn't have those terms for status

Sprint Promo site. But in your case since it is egift card, I am not sure the same steps apply. One guy here claimed he got it within 24 hours of status changing back to pending (valid).

I called 3 times. Twice on 90th day. Once on 91st day. Then in the evening of 91st day, the status changed

The 90 days are from the data of submission and not the date of purchase. Correct?

It's kind of ambiguous. In the attachment below, it says to Allow 13-15 weeks after registration for the GC to arrive. Then it says the phone must be in service for 90 days. My phone was activated on 3/13, submitted 3/15, received the Denied status on 6/13 which is 90 days from the submission date.

I have the same date as you on my 3rd account. I will wait a few more days and see if the status changes.

I seem to recall some guy that had like 15 accounts, each with five lines. I wonder how that situation is moving along.

He's probably laughing all the way to the bank or spending 20 hrs a day calling Sprint Promo.

90 days from Activation. I ordered on day X, activated on X+1, submitted rebate on X+2.

Based on my timeline, it is 90 days from the activation date. Most people probably have overlapping dates and hence, can't differentiate whether it is activation or rebate submission date.
