Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

When you use multiple cards, you need to tell them "this payment will be X," where X = value of card. Otherwise, it expects the full balance to be paid on the first card.
I did that. She even confirmed "$300 right?"

I just never got that option to press cancel after the first transaction...which failed

Are you using the Sprint cards or Visa gc from Staples (or elsewhere)?

Sounds like the Sprint MC. I never had luck with using MCGC at WM.

Wait till next week, go to Staples and buy fee free VGC.

The Sprint cards. Set my PIN online yesterday

EDIT: Internet research has provided me with a solution.
Evidently, I was supposed to swipe the card first, hit cancel, choose debit, enter PIN, and THEN the cashier was supposed to enter $300 on the register. I didn't try this but would love for someone to give me feedback before I go and waste more of my time to see if it works.

Alternately, I guess I could have just requested a MO for $300 and that card should work without any tricks...maybe

Does anyone also get this message on rebateshq "Too much time has elapsed since your last activity. As a security precaution, you have been disconnected."

Got email my rebates is fulfilled and being shipped. Fyi I signed up for one line, then added one subsequently a few hours later. I know some were saying that wouldn't work since not all in one transaction

Don't go from your saved link. Go to rebateshq.com and enter your name and zip code. Short cut link doesn't work after time out

Unfortunately, I don't have a Staples near me. If I did, you can cash out VGC?

I had no issues at my local Walmart. hpham also did the same at his local Dillons using several GC with no issues as well, balance was just reduced each time.

For two lines, cheapest plan is $80+taxes, so for 2 months it will 160+taxes = roughly around $200....

If you use T..CB and activate on Android device, you will get $75×2 = $150

I received card within 2 months, so if everything goes good for you, then

Earning = $500 (2 gift cards) + $150 (T CB) - $200 (2month bill) = Roughly $450 after 2 months...

for MCGC, you need to be able to swipe first before they enter amount so you can cancel, otherwise, the cancel button will not show up.

Thanks and repped. Not bad for two lines. But TCB is a gamble, I ported to Xfinity with $75 cashback from this cite, has been over two months, nothing back , filed a claim, still nothing. Looks like bait and switch.
