Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I tried using my $300 virtual card to load balance on Amazon, and it's stuck in 'processing'. Doesn't seem to be going through. Anyone else have this problem?

EDIT: Nm, it went through after like 2 hours.

Paying in $200 gets you $500 although the window looks tight and a third month of service costs an extra $80 plus taxes/fees.

Two lines with 3GB shared data costs $80 plus approx $20 in taxes/fees each month - some have gotten employee discount to get it down to $72.

I want to refinance my mortgage so I'm not sure I want the hard pull at this time.

Dan
Thanks a lot. Credit check is what stops me from doing this, especially with two lines for gift cards. I did a credit check already with Xfinity recently, not worth it .

Have you tried this offer? Do you have a link to the full terms of the offer? I am interested but their website offer only limited information about the offer. i'm trying to avoid any gotchas. I have 2 numbers to port out.
No because I don't want a hard pull. This is the only info I found about the offers. I don't think they have a link/page specifically for it....

If you would like to see the offer teams on the website, here is what you need to do:
Go to https://www.credomobile.com, swipe to the left until you see BYOD and $300 prepaid Visa, which is the third slide, click on "bring phone" you will enter a page that asks you for info such as IMEI etc. Then open https://www.credomobile.com/shop/phones.html, scroll down to until you see the offer terms:

"**$300 CREDO Visa® Prepaid Card ships separately from device shipment, 30 days after new customer signup and requires an active account and payment of first bill. Offer available while supplies last. Cards are issued by MetaBank®, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. This card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted within the U.S. only. No ATM or cash access. This optional offer is not a MetaBank or Visa product or service nor does MetaBank or Visa endorse this offer."

The Promo code for this offer is XXCP, lol I initially thought this offer expired because this offer pops up while I browsed their site few days ago but when I entered it as my promo code in the cart and it came up as no such offer....turning out they just make the code alive lol

If you want to go for this deal, always go from the front page (the third slide BYOD and $300 Visa) to enter your IMEI and add BYOD to cart, or change the promo code to XXCP if you see a different promo code on the cart.

Do you remember how you navigated to the information that you did find on their website? Or, can you provide a link to it?

Your rebate has not been processed yet.
Since your rebate has not been processed you can call and ask for promotions dept and ask them to switch your reward to a physical card.....no extra charge.
$2.95 is only charged once a virtual card has been issued and then is converted to physical card.
sprint cannot convert to physical until rebate is approved. If you originally signed up for virtual, the reward is sent right away on approval. Once reward is sent, only way to convert is to call cardholder services, pay 2.95 and get physical in 14 days.
So, dont think there is a way to convert to physical without paying a fee if you originally signed up for virtual.

Are you new to Xfinity? How many years are you with Xfinity for your first main service eg TV, Internet....I have been with them for many years and I didn't get hard pull from them for BYOD even I got 5 lines, not sure about the phone financing.

Just got all my rebates approved, i was a bit worried since i ported out the family's 5 sprint numbers under the wifes name to tracfone on 4/1 and transferred the numbers over to sprint under my name on 4/3. Just had to call sprint promotional department today to make sure that i was getting the physical cards that i signed up for and there were no discrepancies.
recap on the whole ordeal.

125$ amazon credits for transferring to tracfone
410$ BF cashback
1500$ worth of sprint gift cards.

You got your BF cashback already? When is/was your estimated payable date?

They've been giving a few of us problems for those that signed up in April. I had verified status all the way up until July 1st with payout date on July 7. Now my status only shows CB of $0.05.

I emailed them and they blamed Sprint, saying they were not financially ready to payout all the signups in April of 2020. Currently pending investigation on the BF site.

I have the exact same problem with the same dates as you. I signed up my mom for an account the very next day and that one is still showing $625. Maybe there is an issue with 7/7 payout dates that will be fixed?

Is the pin to "port out" the same as the 10 digit pin that we use when we call Sprint?
