Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Steps to follow from VGC to Citi Payment:
1. Login to your Citi online account and wait for Live Chat to appear.
2. Connect to the chat and mention like Want to pay my Credit card with new debit card.
3. You will be transferred to second line who will be handling Payments.
4. Once second person entered, communicate the same.
5. They will ask you to enter last two number from your Citi credit card.
6. Once it is done, they will share secured form.
7. Enter below details on that form:
Bank - MetaBank
Name - As per card
Card Number - From the card
CVV - From the card
Amount - $300 ( If due amount is less than $300, max will be based on some % and you can't pay entire $300).
8. Submit the form and wait for 1 minute.
9. Chat rep will ask you to confirm the amount.
10. Done. Amount will be reflected on Citi account within few minutes.
Now I want to transfer out my number to TMobile $15 prepaid plan.
If I do so will / can Sprint cancel my VGC?

I did try with my citi access more card and it did not work few days ago.. The citi rep keep getting error from bank he said
