Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Not seeing these emails I called yesterday around 5pm and rep said she would manually approve. Unless the email timestamp dont think it was related to my call. Hopefully it will update on the rebate site by Monday.but its frustrating still seeing it denied after rep said she was manually approving.

Waiting through the weekend sucks though, lol
Internet, however is very unreliable with the Verizon SIM. Might just need to update the APN.
So I would believe that these phones at a minimum would work fine on the Verizon basic service with no data.
If they wont activate your new Verizon service, get a dummy IMEI to get service/account started and then put the SIM in the LG anyway and boot up and go.
Or max it should be changing tomorrow early morning..
If it does not change by tomorrow morning then that gives us data point that these cases with late activation will not change automatically.
Hello, long time, first time post here. I signed up on 4/08, but did not get sent the phones by Sprint through the urlhasbeenblocked link until 4/11 with a 4/12 activation. Since that time, my $625 for five lines from urlhasbeenblocked went to 0.05 cents with the same response that everyone here has received about Sprint not having enough money. For the $300 GC for five lines, Sprint says to me when I called them from RebatesHq.com that I did not activate. I never even got the phones ontime, and besides, there is nothing that says I had to activate by 4/09. I got screwed.
The terms clearly stated that activation had to be within a week, not purchased by 4/9

* T-mo: my last service period was from 5/16 to 6/15 and the bill was $80 ($60 + $20 taxes and fees). I paid it early and ported out on 6/5. The final (printed) bill that they sent me shows a credit of about $23 which they said would be paid out via a debit card. Haven't received it yet.
* AT&T: my last service period was from 6/9 to 7/8 and the bill was $150 ($120 + $30 taxes and fees). I paid it early and ported out on 6/26. I checked last night and the account showed a credit of $38. Another member was told by a rep that they would mail a check in 3 weeks.
So, if you don't really use the phone service and don't plan to stay with Sprint, close the account as soon as you can, the refund (IF THEY DO IT) will be more than if you wait until later.

If the OP wants to do multiple lines with the Verizon deal, he'll need to find a "whitelisted" IMEI for each line. Verizon will know the IMEI of the phone being used with each SIM. If it doesn't match the IMEI used to activate the SIM, it might jeopardize the reward.
So Sprint MS works to pay Citi & Macy Card Payment.
Edit: Doesnt work to pay Discover Card. Any idea if it works to pay Chase & Amex ?
