The Meguiars equivalents would be Endurance vs. #40.
Tire Balm is a gel, similar in consistency to a (human) body wash. The level of sheen depends on how much is applied; the more the shinier.
I've only used the original spray version of Endurance, but as a gel, the 303 is easier to control/apply, and doesn't have the issue where the spray nozzles would clog up. Megs' CS is good, and they sent a replacement, but it, too, clogged up. I see they now have a non-spray gel version, which would be much more preferable.
In terms of ease of application, I'd say the 303 is better in that regard, and doesn't require as much work to attain coverage in areas with lots of raised lettering or textured cosmetic sidewall features.
Based on non-scientific, non A/B experience, I'd say Endurance is a bit shinier with a single application, and lasts for longer, but the the 303 product isn't radically different.
