Have this, and it's good for what it is. Quick detach is a nice feature. Problem is, if you leave the connectors attached to your saw base, it makes it challenging to store. If you decide to remove the bolts from your saw base everytime, it obviate the quick detach feature and takes a good bit of time. In use however, it's a fine stand and well adjustable.
What the OP saw, was the Black Friday Ryobi RMS10G Miter Saw Stand that was $49 during Black Friday, and $59 otherwise. It now appears that any leftover stock in the store is now $48 clearance. Home Depot took down the webpage of the RMS10G.

Thanks for the clarification.
Do you know the difference between both? They look similar.
The $169 one is apparently longer and extends further. Because the $48 webpage is gone, can't do online comparison.

From reading the reviews on homedepot website and here on slickdeals; Ryobi has this model and a slightly bigger one. From my research the only differences are: 7ft vs 9ft extensions, slightly bigger dimensions, this model can fit up to 12" or 10" sliding Ryobi brand, the larger Version 12" any brand or 10" any brand slider or 12" Ryobi slider. There are reviews of this fitting any brand 12" slider.
Found it.

It will probably not show a price just clearance. Should be $48, sad but none around me.

I have this and the connectors aren't much of an issue. I find it helpful that they raise the saw up a few inches as well. As far as storing, unless you're strapped for an extra couple inches of height, it's really not a big deal. I can remove the saw, collapse the stand, and put in all away in 2 minutes or less.
If you look at the picture, the connectors he is talking about are the two green bars in the middle. Your miter saw mounts to them, then slide the bars on to the stand and lock it, which is also done with those two green bars. Each has a grey handle on the end of it that you pull down so they tighten on the bars.
When Home Depot takes down a product's webpage, Brickseek cannot retrieve inventory levels from Home Depot. That's why you see "No results found in the searched area" on Brickseek, rather than the store listings and inventory levels.
Your local HD stores may still have stock, but it would require going to the actual store.
Direct Tools Outlet currently has the same stand refurbished in stock, for $40[directtoolsoutlet.com] + $7 S/H (January thread), though I doubt it would last long after this is posted.
If you search forum for "RMS10G", you will find plenty of previous deals and discussion, including $50-60 during multiple BF and clearanced at $30 in 2016, when I bought mine.

I know this is an old tread but I just got one from the Hyattsville, MD store if you are in the DMV area. I found out you can see which stores has it in stock if search google then click the shopping tab. This store has 5 remaining.
I simply typed "Ryobi Miter Saw Stand" into google. Then I clicked the Shopping tab, I noticed the stand listed for $59 and it showed all the locations that had it in stock at Home Depot. It was $45 in store. You can also try tying the model number into google if that method doesn't work. (Be sure to allow location)
