Maybe you're trying to be funny and I'm missing the joke. I'm a physician and have the luxury of having my own car to get to the hospital and clinic. Many of the cleaning staff that wipe the room so you or I don't get COVID-19 or a thousand other infections take the bus. Many of the clerks and front desk staff that you yell at because your appointment was changed to a video visit to protect us as well as you, also take the bus. Several of our techs also take public transportation, or their caregivers for children/elderly people in their home can still come to take care of them, and these caregivers take the bus. Maybe I'm just tried from getting off a shift and having come across multiple people who will likely test positive at some point (if we had enough tests), and I am wearing a worthless surgical mask because we are not getting N95s, so if I'm attacking you inappropriately I apologize in advance. But if you really are being a turd that is making a joke of public transportation workers driving homeless people around, then I hope you do stay inside and avoid getting COVID-19 because I sure as hell don't want to treat you.

With all due respect to food/ag workers, it is not the same thing as a front line nurse or paramedic or physician. Yes they are making sacrifices by working right now, but healthcare providers are literally risking their lives daily by being exposed to extreme volumes of potential illness.

but for the most part, you know you are dealing with positive COVID patients, and having the benefit of wearing PPE. Food workers don't have the benefit of knowing who is infected, and they cannot wear PPE. just sayin'

Agreed. People are wearing masks that are over a week old with no other PPE. I know many that would gladly switch positions. At the same time those people could easily not be at work taking care of those sick.

I am having the same problem. Shows in cart verified by ID.me but no discount appears.
