Antibacterial won't kill viruses, and studies have shown antibacterial soap may do more harm than good.
Agree with the antibacterial part in general. But the soap part is good enough for viruses. All we need is soap to break the lipid cover of virus. Once thats gone, there is no more structure left in virus and it breaksdown.
Avoid anti-bacterial soaps unless you have a job cleaning pig stys.
They don't kill viruses and they don't do any better than diligent washing with regular soap. All the anti-bacterial chemicals going down the drain just increases chances of creating anti-biotic resistance bacteria which will cause the next pandemic in the future.
If you must clean where there is no running water, just buy alcohol based santizers or make your own from lemon and 90% iso alcohol. Or just use plain gentle soap and foam and scrub well if you have been outside.
