FYI these movies were added to Netflix on April 1
Good question. Can anyone confirm?

Not in 4K unfortunately.
Yes, checking in the Mobile app, the UHD version is listed as 4K, HDR10, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos.

I'm tempted. I already own the first move (only one I really liked) in HD. I wish they'd offer some sort of upgrade path for HD purchases as I really only want the one, but this is cheap enough where I may pull the trigger...

EDIT: Actually, I do see $4.99 for the UHD price of the original Matrix. Looks like it's part of a $4.99 Weekend Deals sale. This is a better deal for me as I don't foresee re-watching Matrix 2/3.

Good price. Considering.

This is mainly a gripe about these streaming services, in general... I would totally f'n jump on this right now (and not be 'considering' anything) if I could *add* the 4th one to my collection whenever it finally comes out.

I'm not sure what you mean here but the next film will be available for rent/purchase on vudu if that's what you meant.

Plus, you know, they won't always be available on Netflix.

yeah same, especially when other providers (itunes, google play) are doing 4k for free.. :\ you'd think they'd at least want to eke out a couple bucks. or let us do d2d for $4 instead of $2 or whatever, i'd still pay that to upgrade some things

But 13 is worth the upgrade they really look that good and they fixed the green tint that the dvd and blu-ray added they really did a great job with the transfers.
