Just beware that there's no way to know when you'll actually get this order. I ordered a different pair from them on 3/17 and still have no updates on when it will actually ship. Also, there's no way to cancel the order online.

I waited about 10 days to receive part of my order. And then today was daty 15 and I received the rest of it. I believe the transit is just terrible with updating tracking right now. Keep a lookout. But yeah shipping from Olympia is rough lately

I have placed 4 different pairs of shoes on March 15th. Received only 2 and when contacted CR the response was-
"We are currently experiencing a high volume of emails due to COVID-19 virus.

Unfortunately, there are one or more items in your order that are currently out of stock. You will receive a separate out of stock notification listing the specific items when the refund is processed. We anticipate this to occur within seven business days."

I've had similar issues as everyone else. I've ordered multiple pairs of shoes and only one has arrived so far-- and I have been told many of my other pairs are being cancelled.

was just going to come into these new olympia posts to say the same thing. i ordered some Nike slides that were posted the other day and they came a few days later. Which was great, except on March 7th I ordered NB shoes and assumed I was waiting the normal amount of time for their economy shipping since then. Comparing the two orders, I got confirmation/receipt/shipped emails for the slides, but never got the 3rd email confirming shipping on the older order.

I emailed their service late Thursday night, no reply so far.

I'm trying to get onto the site to see if there's any more info on my account, but I need my password reset, and the reset form is not triggering any emails.

Luckily I did PayPal, so I'll be disputing through there if they don't even answer me.

Ordered 3 pairs about 2 weeks ago. Got 2 pairs within a week. Separate packages received over a couple of days. All good. Now there is no sign of the most expensive third pair. I thought the 2 shipments covered all 3 pairs but obviously not. Their tracking emails are not clear on what items have shipped. I have emailed customer service and will give them a week before I might have to dispute.

I have ordered from them several times including about 10 days ago. My order arrived in parts between 2 and 6 days post ordering. My take is that they are an honest, legit firm dealing with a partial breakdown in shipping. I have noticed they ship from local stores which might make delivery faster unless they are closed before shipping due to the pandemic.
As I understand it, Olympia is somehow connected to JackRabbit.

I have ordered several times in the past no issues. I believe they ship product from their stores so that could explain multiple shipments.

JackRabbit owns Olympia, and I think they purchased the chain late last year. My understanding is that they are making changes in the types of merchandise they will be stocking. It's a relatively small chain of stores, and each store is smaller. After an order is placed, one of those stores will fill the order, assuming any has the item remaining in stock. I've gotten most of what I ordered from them, but I did have an order for a baseball glove that was canceled.

Please stop posting these Olympia deals and making them front page as most of us have given them a chance only to find out that customer service is a no show, shipping is super sketchy and a claims department is virtually non existent. I believe many of us have posted a disappointing comment and/or experience about this company to still be making this offers front page. Just a shill site.
