I had originally spoke with myexchange customer service before posting, trying to Not set up a frustration posting. She connected me to a supervisor who said that they had been waiting for the release of the cargo containers off the ships that have been delayed several times for weeks now, and we're expecting their first shipment of close to 8,000 units but so far have received only 600.
She said the exchange isn't the only one waiting for the off loading and customs clearing of the cargo containers, as all retailers are suffering from the same delays at the docks due to the virus, and she said that some limited stock was recently released to nearly all retailers, but just not in the quantities that they all were expecting.
Wish I could be of help, but I'd suggest that you start checking Target, Best Buy, CostCo, Walmart and others because if what she said is right they all soon might have some limited stock to sell.
