As you know, t-shirts on Uniqlo get heavily discounted very quickly. You might get a heavy dose of buyer's remorse once the t-shirts arrive and they drop to $5.90 after you wore them. It happened to me a few times. But at least you get a free Gunpla kit to compensate and sometimes they run of sizes when they are discounted. Another thing to note, last year, the promotion in Japan was a free kit if you buy 2 t-shirts, but that offer wasn't even available here in the US. At least we got the free Gunpla kit promotion here in the US this year and the box art looks amazing compare to last year's box art.

EDIT : The damn gundam shirt I got in Bangkok earlier this year for 100 baht ($3) is better then all of these junk one they want $15 for. -_-
