Make sure you wait for the products to load... it will look like nothing is there for a few seconds.
Serious deals in there. Like the center channel for their HD wireless line and R-15M bookshelf for $61 PER PAIR.

Get any of the 12 pack straight banana plugs and get a 12 pack of right-angled banana plus.
The straight are great at your AVR terminals and the angles ones are best for the speakers themselves.
Get banana plugs with two retaining screws to hold the wire. You'll need 4 banana plugs for every single speaker.... L and R at both ends.
Your R-28fs will come with 4 binding posts in the rear with two pieces of metal connecting them. Leave the metal there and just connect banana plugs to the top set, leaving the bottom set connected with the metal bridge.
This is for bi-amping which you don't need to worry about, but feel free to read up on it.
Try give every speaker at least 8 feet of space (except the center) if possible and 2 feet from the nearest wall if possible.
The sub won't need line of sight, but don't get too creative trying to hide it unless you get lucky or else it might not get a stable connection. Stick that guy in a corner.
The sub is going to have a "phase" dial for 0 or 180 degrees. If you have connected your speakers correctly and haven't accidentally switched channel inputs (swapping L and R from the AVR to the opposite on the speaker) then you hopefully don't need to worry about this and leave it at 0. The 180 degree option is for literally making the sub pulse in the opposite direction making the air move opposite of what it should. So if your speakers play a sound and you for example almost freeze time - they should vibrate and push air out in phase of the sub. If they push air and the sub pulls air it might diminish the gutteral physical affect of booming noise. So feel free to see if changing the phase impacts you more, but you shouldn't have to worry.
That being said. You want to limit the crossover frequency on the sub. The towers get decently low so for strict home theater you probably want anything 70hz and lower... If you listen to a lot of music leaving the range maximized will sound enticing. You want the subs to punch without invading too much on what your towers do or it could sound muddy.
Okay... You should be set.
