for the vertuoline, there has been reusable lids (need to clean existing pod) or reusable whole capsules , out for a while now
Not true. Buy a MyCap (I prefer the silicone ones over the plastic one) on Amazon and you now have a great reusable pod for any Virtuoline machine. Use with Aeropress filters and some good Lavazza coffee and it brings your average pod cost down to about $0.25. You lose some convenience of the pre-made pods but that's about it.
You can, and I do. I haven't bought capsules in over a year. I prefer to use my own coffee, a lot more variety. However I'm the crema isn't as prominent and the taste isn't quite as strong as the capsule. Still, I use it multiple times a day and love it

Very good deal for this machine but if you like the nespresso taste you won't have the same choices and quality/variety of taste with the virtuo line.
I am a big Roma fan and Kazaar fan, virtuo can't do that sadly

Is this a good deal? But to my understanding, vertuoline capsules are more expensive than the nespresso capsules, right? Debating if I should buy this or wait for a nespresso machine..

Be aware that there are multiple versions. For example Breville vs Delonghi. Many say the Breville is the better manufacturer since the pricey espresso machines are branded Breville.

I've had a virtuo for about a year. You don't know the things you need until you have them

No. Not with the vertuo line. It also defeats the purpose.

My cousin got this exact same one as a Xmas gift. Unlike the older Nespresso models, there are no reliable/working reusable capsules and no cheaper alternatives. The Vertuo line was designed to keep the pods proprietary.

Great deal! I was just about to pull the trigger on the Bloomingdale's Sale. I'm glad I waited. You saved me ~$30

Wasn't the Bloomingdale's sale cheaper at $115?

Do you know the difference between these two ? I was debating getting the breville one but didn't pull the trigger yet!
