Costco [costco.com] has Yamaha ATS-1080 35" 2.1 Channel Soundbar with Dual Built-In Subwoofers for $99.99 and Free Shipping.

Costco has the Yamaha ATS-1080 sound bar for $99.99 instead of $149.99. The model is apparently the Costco equivalent to the Yamaha YAS-108 (https://usa.yamaha.com/products/a...index.html).

Although it is also available in stores, please make use of the free shipping and stay home!

Congratulations on completing the two longest run-on sentences in the history of the written word. Well done.
Man, are you on the wrong site.
This soundbar has two nice features at this price point- HDMI ARC, and a subwoofer out plug. The bar's bass isn't great, but I added an unused Polk sub and the setup sounds fantastic now.

It's a great bar for the money.

Thanks for this! I've been looking at budget soundbars for a little bit. The reviews seem pretty good on this one. I went ahead and pulled the trigger.

Is this a good starter soundbar? How does this compare to the Vizio from woot? I want to get a nice soundbar for my family room as we are always watching tv in there and have to really pump the sound loud.

I can't speak for the 1080 version, but I bought the 1060 version a few years ago for about 120$ and it was amazing for a studio apartment. Good bass from the built in sub-woofer and quality sound. I'm not sure how it does in a larger space though.

I just recently moved across the country after selling my old soundbar, but had a good enough experience with the last one to buy again. In 4 1.

I purchased this last fall from Costco when it was on sale for around 120. It is a massive upgrade from your TV speaker (LG Oled b6 in my case). At this price point, one should not expect a robust HT experience. At $99 I think it's a great bargain if all you have is your TV speaker.

I think that's the one I got, with the piano gloss finish? It's a good starter soundbar but lately it's been distorting during movies, I have to turn the built-in sub off otherwise it's too distracting. I'm tempted to see if this 1080 is an upgrade.

This is pretty good for a standalone bar... it's bulky enough to have enclosure space and extra two 3" drivers to help with bass output. Also has a sub output if you decide to add a small one later. This is the type of bar I'd go with if I didn't want to bother with a sub. Lots of people will be happy with this as a good compromise vs. a sub setup or full speakers.

Will this turn on and off with my tv? And can I use my tv remote to adjust the volume on the sound bar? Thanks

As long as your TV has the hdmi arc feature you should be good.

I got this refurb a few months ago. It's pretty great and a solid sound. It doesn't get super loud until it starts distorting a little, but for the price it's good.

I have this and yes, works with ARC on one of your HDMI inputs.
