anyone elses order get messed up this month?
I was expecting 7 packages today. first 4 got delivered to an unknown address. I scoured the neighborhood looking for a matching porch that they left on the photo, no dice and it was pouring rain so my packages would have been destroyed.
Amazon refunded me obviously
had to call back and get another refund because they failed to refund me on the most expensive item.
2nd delivery expected by 8pm as stated by the customer service rep. 8:30pm comes no package. look on the site and the order was not even picked yet.
customer service again, 3rd time, rep apologizes and says when the items come in stock we will have them delivered. yet no timeline given. spent 3hrs today on chat. Rep says he will email me and when I receive the items he will issue a small credit. never received an email.
I've never experienced a SS item, especially 3, be available on their site yet rep tells me they are out of stock.

It's well known that they've basically eliminated Prime benefits "to prioritize essential products...." blah blah blah. For example, most stuff I have been ordering over the past few weeks takes 7-10 days to get to me. Looking at one thing today it said it would be here in THREE WEEKS.
So in order for their excuse to make sense, their volume in "essential goods" (or however they phrase it) must have absolutely skyrocketed such that their capacity is just too overwhelmed for it all. Or, they are just looking for an excuse to deny Prime members the benefits they paid for.

It could also backfire on Amazon because a couple of things that I would have ordered that I didn't want to take a chance on having to wait for I just ordered from Walmart.

That said.. it did seem like they stopped the no rush credits for a while but I got one just a couple of days ago.

I also wasn't seeing them for a while, but a couple orders offered it in the past couple of days.

They didn't want you to get pissy with them.
