From what they're saying on the Nintendo forums they probably won't be releasing more of the Animal Crossing Special Edition consoles for another 6+ months.

Nintendo did not anticipate the demand and it will take a while to assemble more sets since the Chinese supply chain is so messed up.

I got this bundle for $299 ($50 off) in the local Duluth Costco here in the Atlanta area. It was last Friday and they seemed to have about 25 in stock.
