I'm going to paraphrase a friend who owned a boat.

There are only two good days when you buy a ball pit. The day you buy the ball pit and the day you get rid of it.
Not as safe for babies to chew on. And, they pop.
PP is probably referring to the fact that the balls never stay IN the pit. We bought 200. They are scattered across the basement floor, and rarely last more than a couple minutes in the ball pit itself.

As for this deal, it's probably a decent price for the ball pit, but 25 balls is an absolute joke. You need 100s of them for an actual fun ball pit experience like you'll find at commercial play areas.

Is it okay to use as a playmat for infant and toddler?

I recommend buying a pack of balloons ($1 at Dollar Tree) and filling a large cardboard box with balloons. Those can be disposed easily and offer about the same level of entertainment.

Yes but its very small. Not a lot of space in there. And, depending on where you live, this can get very cold. Most playmats are of a thicker material, which is washable. This is very plasticy.

This is a great deal! We already have a ball pit and it has been a lifesaver for my small kids during the quarantine. I'm tempted to get another now...

I bought the train one. I'm actually going to put some water in it and use it as a little splash pad area on our back porch. I'll probably get rid of it once summer is over but it will do for some entertainment for my toddlers during the quarantine.

Ah, excellent idea! I was thinking of using one of them as a pool float but this is a better idea. Add a sprinkler over it for added fun for the little ones.
