I was going to buy a chair from Madison Seating. Then I heard some bad news about their processes and products. They seem too shady.
I was referred to Crandall Office Furniture instead. My Leap V2 will be an extra $100+ ($450 after tax) from here but I think it's worth it. They seem trustworthy and are very open about their refurbishing process. Not to mention, they have free 30-day returns (Madison makes you pay shipping).
They currently have a promo for 10% off office chairs. Promotion expires May 15th.

I love mine.
My reclining mechanism REALLY creaks, very distracting trying to work in it. YMMV.
FYI they were a little hard to get a hold of but looks like they'll process my return. Looking forward to getting this chair boxed up and out of my house.

- Took exactly a week from placing the order to delivery.
- Box looked very damage but chair seems to be fine.
- Minor scratches on the base.
- No assembly instructions but it was easy to figure out.
- No squeaking
- Everything else look like new.
Chair feels and looks great and is definitely an upgrade from my generic office chair. Sat on it for hours and was not uncomfortable at all. Hopefully this chair lasts me for a while. Based on my experience, I will definitely order from Crandall again. In hindsight I would have gone for the extra foam that they offer for 20 bucks, but that's not on them.
I just barely fit in the chair width-wise at 6'3" 245lbs so test drive one if you're any bigger to make sure.
