Also, the Prepaid visas get shipped really fast. Hence, my concern with this promo was the cash back that takes around 14 weeks to pay out. What im thinking right now, is after i received the visa cards i will suspend both lines and un-suspend them 1 week before the payout date at top cash back. Is one way to do it since ATT prorates charges and the cash back has already been confirmed, but takes longer to become payable.
With my first account, the order was placed on 5/3 and the offer was in my cart. I just checked by entering my cellphone number and zip code, but it didn't find a hit. I will wait until next week (6 weeks/42 days from activation) and contact chat if the reward isn't loaded automatically.

It is good that you have a screenshot of your order with the $250 reward attached to each line, It can help a lot of us that placed orders before they limited the promotion to two lines; just in case ATT wants to nullify previous terms.
In about 3 weeks my other 4 lines will also have met this promotions' terms, hopefully ATT respects the previous terms (unlimited rewards) and allows me to claim those rewards too
I also do not see rewards with my account number; I activated on 05/06.(33 days completed).

I had a family member add both cards to Venmo and sent me the amount. Then i cashed out. I believe there is a debit/credit card limit you can add to your account on Venmo though. I believe is 4 cards. So if you add prepaid cards to your Venmo, i don't know if you can add more after removing them.
UPDATE: reward cards have posted to my ATT Reward account
