I have done a few att rewards deals before. To be exact, on October and November of last year when they had an iPhone 11 promo that consisted of $700 bill credits over 30months with device trade-in plus $300 ATT reward visa. On both occasions i never received an email to claim my reward. However, one transaction did appear on my att reward website after 30 active days and the other one I had to call-in an provide order number. I did received both $300 physical visas back then and used venmo to transfer to my bank account. What i noticed last time, is that if the promo appears in the cart, before checking out, the att reward website get updated automatically to allow the claim process after the promo requirement have been met. On the other hand, when the promo doesn't appear in the cart, as was the case with my BYOD April orders and November order of last year, i had to contact the reward team to get them manually added to my reward center.

Also, the Prepaid visas get shipped really fast. Hence, my concern with this promo was the cash back that takes around 14 weeks to pay out. What im thinking right now, is after i received the visa cards i will suspend both lines and un-suspend them 1 week before the payout date at top cash back. Is one way to do it since ATT prorates charges and the cash back has already been confirmed, but takes longer to become payable.

When I contacted AT&T Chat to confirm that the $250 offer was attached to my order, the reps always mentioned 30 days (vs the 45 days in the terms of this deal). In the pictorial below, it also mentions 30 days, with the entire process from activation to receiving the reward taking 7 weeks.

With my first account, the order was placed on 5/3 and the offer was in my cart. I just checked by entering my cellphone number and zip code, but it didn't find a hit. I will wait until next week (6 weeks/42 days from activation) and contact chat if the reward isn't loaded automatically.

You have to enter your account number and billing zip code. It has never work with cell phone number on my end. Terms for the $300 Visa card was to stay active 30 days last time. This time around is 45 days, thats why i waited on the reward center to see if it updated automatically, but it didn't. However, it took just about 5 minutes to chat with a rep and have her manually process the rewards.

I tried both (phone number, then account number) along with the zip code, but it didn't find a hit.

Just wait it out until the 45-46 days. If no hit is found after 45-46 days, just call or chat with an att reward representative and then in a few days you will be able to enter into your att reward account. Right now im able to enter with my account number since i have previously claimed two rewards from ATT last year, but upon entering my account i receive a message that says i have no rewards to claim. In about 3-5 days when they are processed and hopefully appear in my acct. i'll take a snip or screenshot.

It is good that you have a screenshot of your order with the $250 reward attached to each line, It can help a lot of us that placed orders before they limited the promotion to two lines; just in case ATT wants to nullify previous terms.

In about 3 weeks my other 4 lines will also have met this promotions' terms, hopefully ATT respects the previous terms (unlimited rewards) and allows me to claim those rewards too

hi guys! I'm fairly new to this site and i was trying to follow explanations for this deal, but I'm not confident if I did everything right, so my question is: on TCB cashback should be $100 for every line or I miss understood the offer. TCB site showing $100 for 2 ported lines. and my order still showing: 'We're working on your order' on att site ,placed order last night at 10pm est.

TCB claim they're running an "Improved Offer" of $100 (per line?), but I don't trust them. They used to advertised $75 per line, and during the Memorial Weekend AT&T was among the sites advertised with Double Cash Back (see attachment). I submitted an order for 2 lines and the cb amount shown is only $100 (should be 2 x $150). I filed a claim for wrong amount and it had been forwarded to AT&T, but I'm skeptical of a favorable outcome.

How do you send yourself money using Venmo? The only option that I am able to find is to send to a friend or family member and pay a 3% fee.

I had a family member add both cards to Venmo and sent me the amount. Then i cashed out. I believe there is a debit/credit card limit you can add to your account on Venmo though. I believe is 4 cards. So if you add prepaid cards to your Venmo, i don't know if you can add more after removing them.

UPDATE: reward cards have posted to my ATT Reward account

So I did this recently with TCB, first time using them. It tracked but is only showing for $100, not the $200 it should be showing for 2 lines. I can't seem to just ask a question of their customer service as despite being on my earnings it just won't let me select this as something to ask a question about in their system. By that I mean it forces you to pick a transaction you are talking about and I literally can't do so so I can't contact them?? What can I do. It's only been a day and I don't even want to try to do a full on missing cashback thing that they say takes 1-3 months (if it would actually let me).

What do you want to ASK them? You can file a claim for wrong amount (which I did). Login, click on Customer Service, click on Missing Cash Back, then you can select "Wrong Amount". See attachment.

Shouldn't I at least wait until At&t ships or completes my order for that? I just want to talk to them at this point not launch a full blown months long investigation as that seems to be the more appropriate thing 1 day in is it not?
