Important Notes:

I'm porting a number in from Metro. So I get the $250 gift card.
I'm getting the signature program from my employer so I'm getting $10 off the monthly bill.
Can I do anything else to get an even better deal?
Shouldn't it work by downloading over the air ? At least in my pixel that's what I saw... is it because it's a new line you are activating that's why store visit is needed ?
BTW, what does the iPhone12 have to do with using my Android phones for these BYOD deals?
Just a suggestion It would help newbies like me if you add what credit card and type of phone plan you considered in the calculations
My wife's USBank Cash+ VISA gives 5% cash back for cell phone service. My CapOne VISA give 1.5% cash back on everything. I use the least expensive Shared Data 3GB Plan.
