The site in your post was censored/blocked by the forum software. If you were talking about TCB, they had an offer of $50 to $100 per line (depending on the promotion at the time). Although the amount of the order is zero, they get a commission from AT&T for your order, take their cut, then pass the rest to you. In this case, the cb amount is not a percentage of the order amount. Go to TCB web site, search for AT&T Wireless and you'll see their offer.

My order through TCB was tracked automatically, but the cb amount was wrong ($100 instead of doubled during the Memorial Weekend promotion). When I filed a claim, I just needed to select which merchant and which purchase from the drop-down list. The drop down list shows my shopping trips that they tracked. If yours wasn't tracked, the best you can do is providing them the order email from AT&T. The amount of the order is irrelevant in this case.

I had a similar situation with my Sprint order placed through TCB. It wasn't tracked and I had to file a claim. They asked for a copy of the order email and I provided it. They did some investigation and after a month or so it showed up as Pending cb.

You confused me. Was your purchased tracked by TCB or not? As I said before, the purchase amount of 0.0 is not a factor, because there was no charge for the SIMs in the order. See attachment.

Search ebay for old but working smartphones, either unlocked or AT&T-branded, you usually can find 2016-2017 AT&T Prepaid (or GoPhone) below $50. For this deal, I'm using a 2016 LG Phoenix 2 GoPhone, a 2016 Lumia 640 GoPhone, a 2014 LG G3 AT&T phone, a 2017 LG G6 unlocked Canadian phone.

What do you mean by E-sim stock ? And why do you need to go to the store to get it ?

Shouldn't it work by downloading over the air ? At least in my pixel that's what I saw... is it because it's a new line you are activating that's why store visit is needed ?
I was initially confused just like you and had the impression E-sim could be simply activated by scanning a generic bar code. At least, that is how Verizon works. It turns out AT&T implemented a different approach than V. Instead of generic code, each AT&T E-Sim card activation code is unique and embeds a specific ICCID, just like a regular Physical Sim does. To activate a E-Sim, you need to pay a visit to either Apple Store, or ATT Corporate store. Both will give you a free E-SIm card.

My acct #1 was activated on 5/6, autopaid on 5/14 and 6/14. My acct #2 was activated on 5/27, haven't seen a bill yet. They probably will charge me for 2 months with the first bill, like they did with someone here. AT&T Billing is all messed up.

For those who used some cashback site, what are your plans after you receive the reward? Do we need to stay with att till we get the cashback or can we just close our service and we will still be eligible for the cash back? I used tcb, but my amount is still showing pending. Not sure whether I could close while still in pending or do I need to wait till it moves to payable or even confirmed status?

I've used cb sites before on clear-cut purchases but not on time-based services like these phone deals. If it gets close to when I want to close the phone account but the cb isn't payable yet, I'll have to weigh the cost of another month vs the cb amount. If the cb amount is a lot more than a month's bill, I'll pay another month. If not, I'll close the account and take a gamble on not getting the cb payout.

Problem is even though they say certain weeks, in many cases it usually isn't payable by that date. For instance, I purchased soemthing with walmart in January, it has just turned to confirmed in may and hasn't been payable yet. So, it has taken much longer than the 14 weeks they mention.
