Contacted rewards support after 34 days and they processed my 4 gift cards(after saying i was only eligible for 2). ship out next week.

Wasn't going to ask about my first bill but it finally came after 35 days. ATT is such an odd and clumsy experience. My autopay was processed 2 days ago apparently but they haven't even charged my card yet. i'm sure they'll figure it out eventually

My acct #1 was activated on 5/6, 41 days ago. After reading your post, I contacted AT&T Rewards Chat and the rep processed my 4 GCs without any hassle.
Will go through the same process about 3 weeks from now for my acct #2, activated on 5/27.

reward center online chat.
Thanks. Just got it done for both accounts I had setup for my household, 4 lines each. Oddly, for both conversations I chatted with "Nancy." Seems like it might be a generic name they give to all their chat reps lol.

yeah
I contacted via chat they said they processed manually, more than 1 hour ago. Now I am not able to track on the website. Should I wait 3-4 days for tracking.
When did they process your cards, how long it took for you to be able to track them on the website?

This is in my chat transcript "We have manually begun processing your 4 $250 reward today. Please allow up to three weeks to receive your reward in the mail. Please maintain all active services while your reward is in process. In 3-5 business days, you may track your reward online and select text or email alerts at www.att.com/rewardcenter".

I chatted rewardcenter as per discussion here. The rep was only able to procees 3 cards. She said my other line was a 'winback' number, didnt qualify for the promo.

WTH, I ported my line from Sprint. We were with sprint for 2 years.

Called regular number, he checked and came out with same note, the number was attached to my login. Yes, we were with ATT prior to sprint, that was over 2 years ago, and it's still considered as winback number 🤦🏻 ♀️.

Any suggestion to winback my $250?

At the end of the day ATT will be ahead of the game! Paid 2 bills, chatted, called, escalated, all kind of excuses for not processing the rewards, 4 lanes none were showing as BYOD, the order was processed via phone order instead of online,...currently on the same message for a week,...processed by Nancy

Did you provide them with the order number of your online order?
I ordered my 4 SIMs online, but after activation the lines were put into two plans instead of one. Had to chat with a rep to combine them into one plan. I made sure that she processed that as a CHANGE instead of a NEW ORDER which could screw up my rebate.
