Did you provide them with the order number of your online order?
I ordered my 4 SIMs online, but after activation the lines were put into two plans instead of one. Had to chat with a rep to combine them into one plan. I made sure that she processed that as a CHANGE instead of a NEW ORDER which could screw up my rebate.
Same with me, 2 plans. I provided all information, they should be able to confirm- order number, IMEI, I called them when combining plans, was not aware of change vs. new order :-( received an Email showing 3xBYOD, was told to escalate for 4th BYOD with IMEI. DP-> time consuming deal, hopefully a slick one.

Today is 34th day, and even I was unable to track my rebate, so reached ATT rebate team through chat and had to provide Order number and chat rep confirmed that she manually submitted the request for all 4 lines and told that I should be able to track the status online within 4 Busines days and I should get rebate in 15 days...

Well, the terms say to wait 45 days, so you really can't complain that you don't see anything on the 34th day. It's good of them to process your rebate earlier than stated.

There are 4 steps in the ATT reward process. Once you get access to your rewards account you'll be able to access it.

On the following attachment on this post every blue-dot displays more info as followed:

1) Service Activation - (Date service is activated)
2)Reward Claimed - Date you claimed your rewards via website, mobile website or auto/live agent
3) Reward Approved - Once your active service has been confirmed you are VALID for your reward and processing begins
4) Estimated Rewards mailed - Estimated date your rewards is mailed to you

I guess you can call or chat to claim your reward (Step 2), but it won't be approved until the 45 days/active service requirement is met

**Edit - I would wait until the 46th day to contact an agent. Give the reward a chance to automatically appear to be claimed. If it doesn't, just contact an agent to manually process it. Even if you call early, your reward wont be approve until after the 45th day. On my end it got approved a day after contacting an agent because i had already met promo requirements/45days

Just chatted with online rep and Julie processed all my 5 lines. Got following comments from her. Checked reward center and the GC info is not available. Looks like many requests slow down the system.

We have manually begun processing your 5 $250 reward today. Please allow up to three weeks to receive your reward in the mail. Please maintain all active services while your reward is in process. In 3-5 business days, you may track your reward online and select text or email alerts at www.att.com/rewardcenter. Please log in with your account numbers are your phone numbers and zip code.

That's good news for everyone that was able to get in before they limited the rewards to only two lines. Thanks for the info.

See the attachment. I have two accounts, one in my wife's name with 4 lines (before they limit to 2 lines), one in my name with 2 lines.

My wife's USBank Cash+ VISA gives 5% cash back for cell phone service. My CapOne VISA give 1.5% cash back on everything. I use the least expensive Shared Data 3GB Plan.
That is great! Thank you so much

I reached the Rebate team because I found the following on ATT Rebate Site.

https://rewardcenter.att.com/error/usernotfound.aspx [att.com]

Why I can't view my rewards?
  • Please allow up to 30 days from the time your service is installed for your reward(s) to be displayed on the AT&T Rewards Center.
  • Your service(s) must be installed or activated before the reward process begins.
  • Please ensure you entered the correct account number & ZIP code associated with your service.
  • If you entered the claim number on your letter, please ensure you entered the correct number.
