If I port that out to a non-AT&T MVNO, will that line then become eligible for this, or does AT&T treat numbers from AT&T MVNOs the same as their own customers for the purpose of determining new customer status (which, please correct me if I am wrong, would mean that line would need 60 days before being eligible for new customer promotions again)?

Be careful with Regina(Supervisor), she said processed them but she did nothing.
"Regina (Supervisor): We apologize for the reward not being in the system. We have manually begun processing your $250+250+250+250+250 reward's today. Please allow up to three weeks to receive your reward in the mail. Please maintain all active services while your reward is in process. In 3-5 business days, you may track your reward online and select text or email alerts at www.att.com/rewardcenter [att.com]. Please log in with your account number and zip code."
I activated SIMs around May 5th. Go figure you can't depend on these promos to automatically apply. Had the same issue with Sprint and had to call to get them to process the invalid rebates. That's where they get you...
FWIW, I made a generic inquiry with urlhasbeenblocked mentioning I may need to change providers before the cashback payable date and their response was:
"Yes, cancelling service before the cash back is payable may cause cash back to be retracted"
Hmm... paying another ~$160 for a possible $600 cashback... the reality though is that the actual amount should have been much less. What was the cashback per line in late April? I honestly forget...
My billing cycle ends on 07/05. If I get them before 5th, I will cancel the lines. I don't want to take risk with TCB (if yours is BF I don't know about it). TCB is showing confirmed for my visible purchase from 02/14, till they did not convert into payable. I guess we have to pay 4th month bill also to get cash back from TCB or BF. If I am getting before end of 2nd month, I feel its better to cancel(or port out) them instead of paying 2 more months.
1. Activated 4 Lines on 5/12. [ 3 Tmobile + 1 GV ], used T.C.B, and it's showing $200 as PENDING.
2. First Bill Generated on 6/16 (for 2 Months). 2 Month Bill including Taxes was roughly $275
3. Recached to ATT Reward Rep on 6/16 (on 34th day), and Rep took the order number and add all 4 line rebates manually.
4. Rebate started showing on ATT Rewards Site on 6/17 (Search with Mobile Number as Account Number).
5. Today 6/19, it shows Rebate is Approved and it will be Mailed on 6/28.
