No, the following are the details,
1. Activated 4 Lines on 5/12. [ 3 Tmobile + 1 GV ], used T.C.B, and it's showing $200 as Payable.
2. First Bill Generated on 6/16 (for 2 Months). 2 Month Bill including Taxes was roughly $275
3. Recached to ATT Reward Rep on 6/16 (on 34th day), and Rep took the order number and add all 4 line rebates manually.
4. Rebate started showing on ATT Rewards Site on 6/17 (Search with Mobile Number as Account Number).
5. Today 6/19, it shows Rebate is Approved and it will be Mailed on 6/28.
Is TCB already showing payable for you in 5 weeks, its a surprise. For most of us it is showing pending for 14 weeks.

The way AT&T sets up the plan, there's a base price, then each line is assessed an access charge. In the attachment below, the base price for a Shared Data 3GB plan is $40 (after $20 autopay discount), and each line starting from line 1 is charged a $20 access charge. Sometimes the access charge is called an iPhone access charge, but I think its a misnomer.
That charge applies to all smartphones.
Wow! I got my bill today and my $120, 3GB shared plan for 4 lines was billed at $274.81. Is there some sort of credit that's applied in a later bill? Now I'm not sure if I'm saving anything even after the rebates - which aren't in their system yet.

That looks like 2 months worth. My one-month bill for 4 lines shared 3gb is $152 after taxes and fees.

Now the status is:

Watch for an email (or letter) that will notify you when your reward is ready to claim on the AT&T Reward Center. You should receive it within 6 weeks of service activation.
Your service(s) must be installed or activated before the reward process begins.
Please ensure you entered the correct account number & ZIP code associated with your service.
If you entered the claim number on your letter, please ensure you entered the correct number.

Here is my experience for rewards status: 2 lines activated on may12. Chat with att.com rep and she confirmed rewards are approved and i should get in 2-3 days. Rewards center did not show anything, so chatted with their agent. She said my account doesn't qualify for the deal and i should check with att.com.
Spent 1 more hour with att.com agent and after looking at my chat with their agent during the order, he got approval from his manager that i indeed ordered online and not instore. So i should receive emails soon.
Hopefully in a day or two, i can track in rewards Center.

Even though they are prepaid, but the phones are carrier locked. For the total wireless phone, it must be active for 12 months before you could request for unlocking. I don't know about straight talk phone though.

Phones that are branded by a subsidiary of the Tracfone Family (Tracfone, Total Wireless, Straight Talk, Net10, etc) will only accept a SIM from a subsidiary of the TF Family, unless it was in use for at least 12 months and you got TF to unlock it.

Are you sure you want to put up with the headaches that this deal can bring?
1. Assuming your order won't be cancelled randomly by AT&T, you'll receive the SIMs about 3-4 days after ordering.
2. During the ordering process, you'll provide the phone numbers to be ported in. AT&T will process the port requests and only ship the SIMs if the porting requests were successful. The SIMs will be shipped with the phone numbers pre-assigned to them.
3. When you receive the SIMs and activate them, that's when service with your old carrier will actually be switched to AT&T.
4. AT&T Billing is a mess. The billing period starts when you activate the SIMs, but your first bill could be available a few days later or a month later (billed for 2 months). Taxes & fees are about 25% to 30% of the quoted cost of the service plan.
