I just paid the second bill, how do i get the $200, was i supposed to get a link from ATT or am i doing something wrong, to fill out the rebate.
I chatted with a rep on AT&T Reward Center site on 6/16 (40th days from activation), she approved the claims for 4 x $250 GCs. They showed up on 6/18 and I claimed them. Got approved on 6/19, to be mailed by 6/28. Some people chatted on their 35th day and were told approved but don't see them for claiming yet. So you can contact before 45 days but not too early.

I ported 2 lines before the limitation of 2 rewards took effect. In case, I port couple more lines with these new terms of 2 rewards per account limitation, would I be eligible for rewards for those 2 lines?
after limit was added a rep told me over chat customers would qualify for the promo with "new" terms 45 days after they took part in the old promo. don't know how accurate they were.

Just finished chatting with CS about my reward. They begun process my reward now, and the rep told me that I should be able to track it in 3-5 business days.
I'm on my 40 days as of today.

I'm trying to do this deal but when I go to check out, it says that $0 is due today, but that $120 will be due each month for 2 lines of Unlimited Starter. I thought that Unlimited starter was supposed to be $35/line, or $70 for two lines.

https://www.att.com/plans/wireless/

Is the checkout wrong and my bill will actually be $70+tax?

The stated "$35/month per line per month" for Unlimited Starter is a misleading come-on. It'll be at that price if you have 4 lines for a total of $140/month plus taxes and fees. Like most carriers, AT&T charges more for the first 2 lines ($120) and each line beyond the first 2 lines costs less.

Which chat site are you using? AT&T home site or AT&T Reward Center? What issue do you want to chat about?

I did it in the att site. Regarding to the reward card $250. I activated my service on 5/13. A lot of ppl here said they see the reward or had the reward added within 30 days.

Thanks for clarifying. And the updated deal only lets me get $250 for the first 2 lines, right?

Could somebody recommend the best deal for 2 lines (since that's the most you can get per account to get the deal)? Edit: nevermiind, I found where they were hiding the shared data plan. It looks like $80 for 2 lines that share 3gb is the cheapest.

Nobody got the reward links automatically at 30 days. You can use chat at this site to ask for them before 45 days. https://rewardcenter.att.com/home.aspx

With the new limit, you'll get at most 2 rewards per account. Count on the bill for Shared Data 3GB with 2 lines to be around $100/month. AT&T adds about 25% for taxes & fees to the quoted price. My monthly bill for 4 lines is $120 + $32 in taxes & fees.

Got the cards. Bless ATT for doing at least one thing right.

Is it safe to cash them out using venmo? Did this with tmobile years back and idk if it's still safe/works.

Delete it. Try it second times no second hard pull. If you have Ok credit and established public record, after order placement, if you don't want to call backdoor number(make sure you enter SSN correctly), you can check your order status few times a day. Once it went from the verification on backend stage, it moves to verifying porting info with previous carrier, check porting status on att.com/port to see if you need to make any corrections, if no mistakes, your order will go through....(better check with your seller if he provides wrong account number or pin to you)
I filled out the order page, including my SSN for the credit check, and was about to hit submit and my computer crashed, so I had to go through the whole process again. Can anyone confirm if this will cause there to be a second hard pull on my credit?
