The terms for the deal say "Add a new line to a new or existing account....", so you should be able to add one line at a time. Just be aware that AT&T puts most of the cost on the 1st line, so the 1st line of the cheapest plan (Shared Data 3GB) is $50/month plus about 25% in taxes & fees. When you add the 2nd line, it'll cost $30 more + taxes & fees. After adding the 2nd line, check your account carefully to make sure it doesn't get put into a plan of its own and raises the cost.
Appreciated!

What do you mean by added in the system? I was told monday that they have manually added my rewards, but still i cant see anything on rewards site, nor have i gotten any email. When did you start seeing your rebate on rewards website?

K so, wow, 3 phone calls in and amazingly AT&T's customer service seems even worse than T-Mobile's and I didn't even think that was possible honestly. Looks like these SIMs are going in a drawer until, I would have to assume, my promotions get denied and I need to start a part time job of getting them to honor it... Fun times.

I chatted with Reward Center rep on 6/16 (40th day from activation), saw the rewards on 6/18 and claimed them the same day, approved on 6/19, mailed on 6/24 (original estimated mailing date was 6/28). Got email late evening 6/23 that they were mailed by First-Class.

Does anyone know if cancelling ATT service would be the same as with any other carrier? Like you contact them to get the account number and pin and then just port the number out before the next billing date (otherwise you'll be charged for another month) Once the number is ported out, service automatically stops...does that sound about right?

I can answer your questions for sure about a week from today (I plan to port out at end of June after receiving my GCs, mailed on 6/24).
You can log into your account and set the PIN/passcode, so you won't have to ask AT&T for it.

If that's true then I'll just discard TCB; ATT charge $121for May and June so it's roughly $60 a month. My card will arrive on 7/5. My billing date is 7/11...so I'll cancel somewhere from 7/8-7/10.
Paying another $60 for $50 cash back is not practical...
I'll net $120 and 2 free months of service plus a month of HBO Max trial....I wonder if they would come back and charge me as the trial last till 7/24.

If you want, you can cancel your HBO Max trial today and it'll continue to work (free) until 7/24. I cancelled a few days ago and my HBO Max still works until 6/28.

My HBO Max Trial ends on 6/27. I cancelled on 6/22 and received an email titled "Sorry to see you go..." with the content "Your Subscription Has Been Canceled. You can continue streaming until your subscription expires on Jun 27, 2020". I'll keep an eye on my credit card account. They'd better not charge me.

Has anyone who took advantage of unlimited rewards before May 14 added additional lines with the new terms and qualified for two extra rewards? Are this to be treated separate promotions? I'm thinking of adding two new lines, but not sure if the rewards from the old term would disqualify me from two additional rewards.

Any idea how to talk to the chat rep if they insist on the limit of 2 reward cards per account if I signed up earlier before the new terms came into effect?
