Unfortunately, it looks like you are mistaken. I see two pulls. See attachment.
Ppl here said only one pull even they ordered on separate days. Hopefully it will combine into one pull(from a same company made on same day) later, if it doesn't happen, you can dispute it.

I don't see the chat option now at 7:30pm Central. The site says they're available from 7am to 7pm Central M-F.

Just a heads up. If you submitted multiple orders (before having an existing ATT account) and merged those orders into one account thru the transfer of billing responsibility process, you may have to jump thru a few more hoops to get the rebates processed. The merged accounts may show up as non-ported lines to the rewards department due to the transfer. I had to set up a three way call with the billing and rewards department to get the rebates on the merged lines processed.

It's been that way since around May 10, but the offer is still valid. Call E-comm after placing order and ask rep to confirm that it's attached to order.

You can chat with a sales rep on att.com and ask the rep to verify the offer is attached to the order. Then email the transcript to yourself by clicking on the "envelope" icon on the chat box. See attachment.

Better to continue chat with rep during ordering, he/she will guide you till order is complete and then at the end you can confirm you will get 250. And then email the transcript. When rewards team were not able to confirm if i ordered online or instore, i gave them the chat reference number and they read chat and verified.

Ugh, I had to contact the reward center since the promotion didn't show up for me. The person helping me put in the wrong promo, instead of the $250 they sent a $100 Costco card. Now I have to mail it back and hope they process it and then send me the $250 card.

Yesterday I signed up for the Mobile Share Plus 3GB with 2 lines. For what I understand those 2 lines share the 3GB data. But today when I logged in my AT&T account I see something is very fishy. I see 2 numbers with each of their own plan and their own data threshold (and they are 6GB each instead of 3GB). Is this normal?

Chat or call and ask them to combine your lines into a single 3GB Plan. Otherwise they will charge you for two 3GB data plans with single lines.

Additionally, tell the rep to process the combining of the 2 plans as a CHANGE, not a new order, so it won't screw up your $250 offer.
