wow did not know that. how does that work ? you just tell them that you want to pay using a debit card and give them the number/expiration ?
over the phone, yes. over chat, you also need to fill out bank name, cardholder name and billing address through a secure form.

Has anyone who took advantage of unlimited rewards before May 14 added additional lines with the new terms and qualified for two extra rewards? Are this to be treated separate promotions? I'm thinking of adding two new lines, but not sure if the rewards from the old term would disqualify me from two additional rewards.
so is anyone gonna attempt 2 more cards under the new terms after already getting a few before 5/14?

That's just the term they use for smartphones, disregard the term. The billing includes the base price for the plan, minus autopay discount, plus $20 Access Fee for each line (starting with line 1), add taxes and fees.

For example: the monthly cost for my Shared Data 3GB with two Android phones is $60 base - $20 autopay discount + 2 x ($20 Access Fee) + about $20 in taxes & fees = $100.
Thanks. Turns out they put me in 2 separate plans instead of 1 single plan, and charge me the base $40 twice. I called in and they fixed it for me, now my bill looks exactly like yours. Kinda sad that they screwed up something so simple...And now I just want to make sure they didn't affect my rebate like you mentioned earlier. This is a bad 1st impression from AT&T

Yeah, for a mega-billion corporation, AT&T does give the customers a warm-fuzzy feeling: orders cancelled inexplicably, setting up plans wrong, late billing, flaky web site, etc.

I have 5 android phones and TCB is showing $200 pending. I ordered on May 12 and thought it was supposed to be $75 per line which would be $375 total?

It's been awhile since I've used TCB, and now it's coming back to me why I stopped using them...

I'm having the same problem with TCB. I think their normal rate is $75 per line for non-iPhone and $50/line for iPhone. During the Memorial Weekend, they were running a Double Cash Special which clearly showed the rate as $150/line (doubled the usual $75). However, I placed an order for 2 lines, expecting $300 cb, but the cb showed only $100. I submitted a claim, they reviewed and passed it to AT&T, told me to wait 2-3 months for a decision. I'm not going keep my AT&T account that long. I'll forgo the cb.

I may do the same thing. I've looked into suspending the lines in order to give more time to see if cb will payout. But suspending does not stop billing entirely-there's a line fee each month to pay.

Ported all 4 lines out of my acct #1 today to H2O, using $1 SIMs bought at Best Buy, didn't add any money for plans. I'll let the numbers die after 30 days. I'll check to see when/if AT&T will auto-close the account.
I checked my AT&T account after each porting and the number of lines, devices, cost went down accordingly. After the last line (account owner) was ported out, it now says "We can't show your info right now".

I think you're correct. It's quite possible that AT&T will also put taxes/fees on top of that amount.

I have 5 lines, so $50 + taxes/fees for 2-3 months may be too risky for me. If I thought that TCB would give me the correct $375 instead of the $200 that is showing currently, then I might go ahead with suspending my lines...

If BF would guarantee to pay me the $600 shown, then I'll pay AT&T $150 to stay another month. But fat chance for that.Big Grin

Chatted with a rep 2 days ago and said all lines were manually submitted but still not showing up on the reward site. Most folks on this thread said they showed up the next day. Did the rep lie to me?
