Chatted with a rep 2 days ago and said all lines were manually submitted but still not showing up on the reward site. Most folks on this thread said they showed up the next day. Did the rep lie to me?
I chatted on 6/16 and the rewards showed up on 6/18, so 2 days. With it being the weekend, you might see it on Monday.

Those who order after 5/14. Can one create 2 accounts (4 lines total) under same name, payment?, and email? and qualify for 4 $250?

Talked to a rep at 866-267-4510 who wasn't sure the deadline of the online offer but was able to confirm that i can combine 2 accounts after I receive rebates into 1. Sometimes reps can give conflicting information and wanted to know if anyone has successfully open 2 account under same info and combine accounts and were able receive all GCs on orders after 05/14. New to ATT and any info is appreciated.

Ported all 4 lines out of my acct #1 today to H2O, using $1 SIMs bought at Best Buy, didn't add any money for plans. I'll let the numbers die after 30 days. I'll check to see when/if AT&T will auto-close the account.
I checked my AT&T account after each porting and the number of lines, devices, cost went down accordingly. After the last line (account owner) was ported out, it now says "We can't show your info right now".
Does it matter which H2O SIM it is? I see the Traveler SIM pay-as-you-go and the regular kit. Which one do you recommend getting? Will be porting out soon and letting numbers die too.

This is the one that I bought from Best Buy yesterday. I tried to order 6 but there was a limit of 5 per order. If your Best Buy store is now back open for inside shopping (mine is) you probably can buy more than 5, or take another shopper with you.
https://www.bestbuy.com/site/h2o-...Id=6421026

Be aware that H2O will send an email confirming your port-in request, but won't send an email to tell you that it was successfully ported in. You'll need to check your AT&T account (about 30 minutes later) to confirm that the lines are gone, by checking the monthly cost or My Devices.

I ported all the lines out of my acct #1 this morning, and now AT&T has auto-cancelled it (see attachment). I can still log into the account and look around.

I was checking out the FAQs on how to cancel or suspend service at this link:
https://www.att.com/support/artic.../KM1257040

Sounds like you'll still get charged the same when suspending a line:
Your bill responsibilities when you suspend service or block a device
Monthly fees for your plan, features, and installment agreements continue, if applicable. To learn how to cancel third-party subscriptions, go to manage mobile purchases and subscriptions.

I ported a line 2 weeks back. I still didn't find the reward in reward center. Do I need to wait 45 days to see it online ?

You're not going to see it after only 2 weeks. Wait until the 35th day or so and chat with a rep at Reward Center. The rep will add the reward manually. Read posts in the last 3-4 days or so to see the timeline.

AT&T doesn't want to make this easy. According to all the info I've found so far, there are 3 types of suspensions: "I can't find it, It was stolen, or Another reason". Both lost and stolen will have the regular monthly plan fees. Another reason(if this means vacation) will be a charge of $10 per line each month? I think this may require an AT&T chat to provide some clarification.

I did. After they had a credit check and identity verification associated with my name/ssn, it wasn't a problem. Placed three orders before i established an ATT account (to make sure that I beat the May 14th deadline. The CSR actually suggested that I place multiple orders since I was porting 6 lines (5 is the max online) with my first two orders. Added two more lines later on the same day. Had them merge the accounts after all the lines were activated. I did have activation problems and I had to set up a three way call with billing and rewards departments to manually process the rebates. But they processed the rebates for all 8 lines. Just be aware, the merged lines will appear to be transferred lines instead or ported lines to the rewards department. That's why I had to set up the three way call with billing.
When you said 2 separate accounts, are you talking about 2 different acct #, or just same acct # but 2 different groups?
Because my 2 lines were put into 2 groups within the same acct #, then I had the loyalty department merge them together.
