Got my first bill for $249.62 for 2 lines with a 3GB plan. It was supposed to be $80 per month after Auto pay discount. I was expecting the bill somewhere close to $110 with tax and all the fees.
ATT is charging me $40 for the Access for iPhone 4G LTE w/ Visual Voicemail. I don't even have an iPhone. Any quick way to get this fixed?
Like others have said, the access charge applies to Apple and non-Apple devices. Sounds like your bill is for 2 months, and they probably didn't give you the Autopay discount for a month or two. See attachment for the breakdown of my bill, same plan & lines as yours.

Did you cancel the lines with Sprint, or not pay the last bill, or they were removed due to the port out?
I had it setup to cancel at end of billing cycle as price was going up. Wonder if I can let the order run its course and if port doesn't go thru hopefully att won't charge me anything and simply cancel the order?

If the port doesn't go through, then AT&T won't ship your SIMs, and there will be no charge.

If you check the status of your most recent order, does it show "We're working on your order" or "In Progress"? A recent post from someone said his order went from "We're working on" to "In Progress" and then "Cancelled". Don't know if AT&T had changed things, but back in May once the order is "In Progress" that means the porting process has started and they give you time to correct any porting issue without cancelling the order.

Its in progress since yesterday, after I confirmed with ecomm, but porting page has no info about port so doesn't look like order will go thru. Good to know they won't ship sim until port is successful.

The first attachment below shows when my order on 5/3 was In Process, the first port was fine but the other 3 lines had wrong porting info and held up the order until I corrected the porting info.
The 2nd attachment shows how the order looked on 5/5 after the porting issues were resolved. The SIMs were shipped later in that day.

Does your order look like either one of them?

I wonder if Sprint had killed the numbers by the time the porting requests came in from AT&T. Let's wait and see if AT&T will cancel the order, or ship the SIMs without pre-assigned (port-in) numbers. If it's the latter case, you can use other phone numbers (bought on Ebay if necessary) to port-in and activate the SIMs.

I had checked yesterday nite, 8hrs after ecomm call, and there was no info on port. Sprint line was there until yesterday nite.

Try calling those (port-in) numbers and see what happens. Maybe the error message will give a clue to which carrier currently owns those numbers.

My order cancelled today and chatted with rep and he asked me to submit new order while he is in active chat session. Submitted the order and shared the order to him. He checked and confirmed me that it will go through this time.

hpham - Is it true statement? -

Mark: Yes as you have selected the BYOD you need to select the Unlimited data to get eligible for $250 promotion
Me: Okay. I selected Share Plan. Is it not eligible for $250 promotion?
Mark: Yes the Mobile share plan is not eligible for the $250 promotion.

Someone else was told by a rep the same thing, but it's not true. I just checked the terms on AT&T web site and it still says the same thing, just requires a line with voice & data. Many of us have successfully collected $250 GCs after using the Shared Data plan.
====== on AT&T web site. Full Details about the $250 GC Promo ===============
You'll need to:
Bring your own ("BYO") compatible, unlocked smartphone.
Add a new line to a new or existing account and port-in an existing number from another carrier.
Activate postpaid wireless service (voice and data).
Redeem Reward Card within 75 days of receiving email or letter with redemption instructions (must maintain active service for at least 45 days to receive instructions and until fulfillment).
