If the email has images of the SIMs with phone numbers next to them, then it's a positive sign. The next email should have the title "Incoming! We shipped your order xx-xxxxxxxxxxxxx".
Yahoo. Finally received mail- Incoming! We shipped your order. It seems call to port in dept worked.

Once you've received the SIMs and activated them:
1. Create an AT&T online account.
2. Log in, under My Wireless, select Plan Details and make sure your lines are in ONE plan instead of getting split up into multiple plans. If they got split, Chat with a rep and tell the rep to combine them back into one plans as a PLAN CHANGE and not a new order (which can screw up your promo qualification).
Sure. Will do. Thanks hpham🙏

Thanks for the suggestion (and from hppham also). I actually asked for a 3-way call just now, they routed me to the cancellation department instead (reward center supervisor apparently dropped the line), LOL. I will try again next week. They are quite disorganized.
they seemed to transfer your to different dept

3 way call is party A calls party B, then party A tells party B that A is putting B on hold while A calls C, after C picks up, A can combine the calls into a 3 way call....

I would call wireless customer care to see if they can figure out and notate your account that you ported in (not a winback number) and BYOD, then call reward team to see if they can process the reward this time after reading the account notes

Chat rep confirmed that I can open second account with same information (name, ssn, etc.) and qualify for the BYOD promotion, but I didn't proceed just to avoid another hard credit pull.

He said the process of opening 2nd account is same as new customer, so I assumed there would be a hard credit pull.

OFF-TOPIC: Has anyone tried Credo Mobile's $300 CREDO Visa® Prepaid Card BYOD offer. Their website [credomobile.com] provide very limited information about the terms of the offer. See attached website banner

Im currently looking into this too. I Can't find anything on the terms or how many lines are eligible for the promotion. I also noticed they have $300 off cellphones/iphone SE. However, it looks like you have to select monthly installments for the $300 to come off. Has anyone done any installments with CREDO before? Im wondering if the $300 come off right away during checkout and only $99 remain to be paid during installments, or the $300 are discounted monthly in installments. The offer is very vague
