Important Notes:

1. Create an AT&T online account.
2. Log in, under My Wireless, select Plan Details and make sure your lines are in ONE plan instead of getting split up into multiple plans. If they got split, Chat with a rep and tell the rep to combine them back into one plans as a PLAN CHANGE and not a new order (which can screw up your promo qualification).
3 way call is party A calls party B, then party A tells party B that A is putting B on hold while A calls C, after C picks up, A can combine the calls into a 3 way call....
I would call wireless customer care to see if they can figure out and notate your account that you ported in (not a winback number) and BYOD, then call reward team to see if they can process the reward this time after reading the account notes

He said the process of opening 2nd account is same as new customer, so I assumed there would be a hard credit pull.
My bill is due in 2 days so tryig to avoid 3rd month payment here.
