The email indicated they couldn't verify the order came from me. So, the order was canceled.
AT&T likes to pull this. I figured out that at least part of reasons involves the email addr used being deemed suspicious by AT&T. For non-existing customers, any anonymous throwaway emails are no-go. The "acceptable" email addrs that are most likely to work with AT&T online orders are .edu and ISP-provided, so most traceable to a real person.

So, I guess the next best option is to call or try to port the number again?

My 1st order was cancelled. I re-ordered the next day using the same info, email address, etc. then called E-comm to confirm my personal info and billing address. That order got approved.

I am now in the same boat - ordered last night and got cancel e-mail just now. I ordered using my company e-mail address as that was cleared as eligible for the discount. If they already did a hard pull on my credit report then I want at least the 2x$250 from them. Is it possible to get it without paying a third month?

Very annoying!

I have one account in my wife's name with 4 lines, activated 5/3, and one account in my name with 2 lines, activated 5/27.

I think one person reported opening multiple accounts under the same name, address, etc. then contacted AT&T to merge them into one account. I don't know if he got around the current limit of two $250 GCs per account by doing that.
I am curious on that as well. Does even two accounts with same info work?

Submitted another order and it finally tracked on TCB for $50. Also, spent almost an hour on the phone.

When you ported from Sprint to ATT. Where you still able to use the Sprint phones to call/txt while you waited for SIMs?

Just wanted to share my experience. Placed an order for 3 lines on 7/4 through TCB. Got the cancellation email saying couldn't verify order came from me this morning. Chatted to an online agent this afternoon and he helped me with a new order and verify it right away and he said it won't be cancelled again. TCB shows $150 for each order.

How many orders did you place? Term says it's limited to 2 reward per account. Did you open two accounts then?

I have 5 lines with Sprint. Open one account with 2 lines on another person's name. The rest 3 under myself.
