When you ported from Sprint to ATT. Where you still able to use the Sprint phones to call/txt while you waited for SIMs?
No. I didn't use Sprint numbers because I waited for $300GC. Used eBay numbers and now mapped under one plan. Using Sprint moto e6 $0 unlocked phone with AT&T SIM.

Do you have their e-comm number. My order got cancelled too. Thanks.
866-267-4510. When the phone system asks why you're calling, say "AT&T asked me to call".

Phone lines with current carrier will continue to work until you activate the AT&T SIMs.

Just wanted to share my experience. Placed an order for 3 lines on 7/4 through TCB. Got the cancellation email saying couldn't verify order came from me this morning. Chatted to an online agent this afternoon and he helped me with a new order and verify it right away and he said it won't be cancelled again. TCB shows $150 for each order.
In order to get $150 per each line on TCB... did you place 3 individual orders with AT&T?

No, I placed one order with 3 lines. But based on what I read here, it should be $150 per line.

What does this order status mean? I ported 2 numbers. Also the lady on e-commerce number said that my order does not show any promotion attached to it. Will I have to call again for the promotion to be valid for my order? TCB registered only $100 for my two lines.

Order status:
Partially shipped

We've shipped part of your order. We'll let you know when we ship the rest.

Go to this site and check the port status of your two numbers. https://www.att.com/port/lnpEntryWeb.do
If there are errors, fix them. If no errors, and it shows all numbers were ported successfully, then maybe AT&T is out of BYOD SIM.
Check your order status at AT&T site. Does it say "In Process" and show two SIM images with a phone number next to each one?

There are no errors. This is the status on both my numbers:

Transfer Status: Your transfer request has been confirmed by your previous service provider.

I see 2 images when tracking my order on ATT site.

If you see 2 SIM images with their phone numbers, then the porting has been completed. For some reason (probably SIM shortage with the rush of new orders from SD'ers Big Grin) they're short one SIM to fulfill your order.

I just re-ordered a monthly plan with two lines - should have been $75 for the monthly plan but doubled to $150 for holiday weekend. Inexplicably it was the flat fifty per "iphone" line - not doubled - just a flat fifty per line. Hope ATT cancels it again since this is an aggravating waste of my time when stupid things happen.

Thank you. I guess TCB is taking too long for this deal. Better stick with other CB site.

Are you hoping to merge later to get the share price? Two orders would have gotten around the stupid errors on T-C-B double reward site...
